在伊朗，Negin给我们带来了巨大的惊喜。这房子棒极了，装修得很好，充满了细节。房间很好，浴室还可以更好！最棒的是餐厅和员工。Negin的食物是我们在伊朗吃过的最好的食物之一，上面点缀了很漂亮的装饰，工作人员超级温柔(服务员很棒，前台的伙计们非常热情和周到地接待游客)。当然，这是待在温暖喀山的好地方。

这是一家非常有趣的酒店，由一些在不同时代出于不同目的而建造的建筑组成，但是现在都改成客房了，设施齐全，而且彼此非常不同。当你到达门前时，从狭窄的街道上你无法想象进入接待室后会发现什么。这里有一个很好的、开放式的传统餐厅，提供传统食物和国际食物，还有一个非常好的庭院，宛若一个小迷宫，你必须非常小心仔细地寻找你的房间。wifi可用，还有迷你酒吧，他们用了一些传统物件来装饰房间。你可以在爬了几级木楼梯后，在小屋里喝茶或睡觉。工作人员非常细心和友好。酒店位置靠近集市。这是一个很棒的地方。

我通常不会写关于酒店的评论，但在这种情况下，我必须破例。酒店的工作人员非常专业，即使在接待处、咖啡厅或是餐厅。这家酒店真的很漂亮，有许多鲜花，香味扑鼻的可爱庭院。房间的价格公平合理。早餐很丰盛。我们也在那里吃了一顿饭，非常好吃，比城市的餐馆便宜。酒店不在主干道上，这意味着酒店非常安静，从这里到主干道或是市场需要步行5-10分钟。我会推荐这里！

因为旅行，所以不得不呆在这里，作为一个独立的房间，非常小，但是价格跟一些好的酒店标间差不多，在房间里面，我的手机和wifi没有一点信号，只有在公共区域才行，无处不在的噪音和恼人的音乐，早餐准备的很晚，7点半才准备好，餐厅里到处都是蚊子，装修很难看，那是个老房子，他们的餐厅竟然用塑料椅子！！因为其他房间的噪音，我整晚都睡不着觉（他们想要很多的房间，利用每一个地方去设置房间，所以你不能在这里安静的休息）

We are responding to this comment while this is the first time that we faced these strange comments about us and definitely those who read your comment will know this as a inimical comment. 1. The tour that you provided driving services for them stayed in our hotel for accommodation but there was no obligation from agency and us for you to stay here. And agency didnt book any room for you before check in in our hotel. After that your group check in and depend on your request agency sent a request for a single room to us and we gave the only available single room to you. We didnt receive money from you and agency paid for your room later. You dont have place to put prices for our rooms and our prices are based on legal rate that we received from responsible organization. (Despite our high quality based on guests comments, our room prices are very low). 2- Wifi device is just in front of your room with 2 meters distance and when you couldnt find wifi password in your room or your mobile device is out of order is not our responsibility. You were talking with our main land phone line for about 2 hours and nobody had no objection against this. 3- Instrumental music is only played in our restaurant and only during meals and we really have no idea that unpleasant music that you heard come from??!! 4- Breakfast in 90% of hotel is Iran start at 7.30 am or later but if you request for breakfast before 7.30 we could prepare that for you. 5- In every hotel comfort for the guests are the goal and materials cant have a important effect on this subject. 6- You room is located in most peaceful place in our hotel while you could call reception from your room and ask to solve the problem that you had. We are so sorry that we received these comments from one our colleagues with this literature!!!!
