舒适、干净、维护良好、宽敞的客房，强烈推荐海湾/海景客房。全体员工服务周到。如果你没有精力去城里吃饭，餐馆里的食物也不错。离市中心有点远，但是科隆镇的所有设施都只有5到15分钟的车程，所以没有问题。当然也推荐给有孩子的家庭。

老公和我在Coron度过了我们的圣周假期，我必须说，我没有后悔在最后一刻订了这家酒店。这里景色宜人，环境舒适，工作人员彬彬有礼，细心周到。他们对我们的要求都非常慷慨的做到了（水、毛巾、化妆品等)。要特别感谢员工们，因为我告诉了前台我们要赶早班飞机，车将会在早晨5:30来接我们，他们就特地为我们准备了包装好的早餐（还有咖啡！！！！）:)

这是一家四星级宾馆，客房设施齐全，服务周到。我很满意前台、礼宾部、餐厅等的服务。他们尽最大努力满足和帮助客人的需求…然而大堂，小巷，餐厅没有空调，游泳池也相当小。总的来说，这段时间我们都很满意。不管怎么说，这是一家很不错的酒店。

因为虚假宣传，我很讨厌我订的这间房间。他们说这是酒店第二好的房间，但我还是很讨厌它。完全没有景色可言。这不是“海湾”景观。前台员工一点都不专业。经理还行。他还能试着给出解决办法。值得称赞的是Baya餐厅的员工和客房清洁员。他们是这家酒店的珍宝。长滩岛两季酒店的服务比这还要好一些。

As every guest experience is important to us, I have personally assisted you and explained the side of the hotel. First, it was the room that you booked and it is on the bayside area. My apologies if you find the front desk staff unprofessional, she just provided you the hotel's explanation. Furthermore, we appreciate the fact that you extended your sincere apology the day after. 科隆很繁华，这个小镇很漂亮，而且一直很有活力，所以在一天结束时你要寻找的就是一个宁静的避风港。双海酒店恰好就是。经过整整一天的船、飞机和出租车旅程，在我走进去的那一刻起，就受到了工作人员的热烈欢迎。游泳池俯瞰着海湾，可以看到远处科隆群岛的壮丽景色。 房间舒适，凉爽（温度智能调节），浴室很干净。 客房服务很快，餐厅为各种挑剔的食客提供多种菜肴，还有在科隆等地方很难找到的健身房。因此，对于每个体育爱好者来说，一个小型健身房将满足您的健身需求。对工作人员说声谢谢。我们的住宿很舒适，令人难忘。
