不要误会我，这家酒店不错，很酷，房间干净服务人员也基本都很友好。但是它达不到五星酒店的标准，差的不是一点。最近我在肯尼亚和周边地区住了其他几家五星酒店，各方面都比这里更好。想参加酒店的活动只能打电话给酒店，而接电话的人总是向你推荐其他的活动（我们专门想玩水上运动），然后报出一个荒唐的价格，最后我们只能向临近的其他酒店预定参加活动。设施齐全的健身房开放时间也和入住时说的不一样，好不容易找到了健身房工作人员询问，结果却遭到嘲笑。食物看起来不错，但是沙拉，水果和甜品味道尤其令人失望。还有热饮料也有点粗制滥造难以令人满意。娱乐服务人员非常友好，但班次时间并不准时。最后，房间很干净但是缺少五星级必备的设施，比如化妆纸巾和镜子，杀虫剂，好用的WiFi（经常很慢，连WhatsApp消息都收不到）。总体来说还是一家靠谱的酒店，尤其是对于发展中国家来说，但是不要指望五星标准。如果不是贵得离谱，建议还是选择附近的其他酒店。

爬上乞力马扎罗山后（意味着在帐篷里睡一个星期），抵达豹纹海滩水疗度假村后感觉就像是纯粹奢华。我们受到了热烈欢迎，不久就住进了我们的Chui小屋里。我们在度假村住了四天，这个地方并不拥挤，感觉很好，因为我们度假的主要目的是在乞力马扎罗山之后放松一下。员工都是善良和乐于助人的人，从沙滩上帮我们固定躺椅的人，到欢快的娱乐团队和有帮助的接待员。早餐和正餐是完美的。我们享受自助早餐，欣赏海洋上令人惊叹的景色，还可以去四十大盗吃午饭，或者出去吃饭。如果我有机会的话，一定会再来！

参加过几个旅游婚礼，但可以肯定的是这家酒店是最糟糕的，可怕的房间，糟糕的客房服务（毛巾短缺），给我们日常运作的事物，婚礼变糟糕的70%是因为损坏及腐败的冰水和沙拉，甜点也一样糟糕。非常不开心，所有的一切。

Dear Lionelsmith62, Thank you for your review. We are very surprised with your sentiments and even though we do as a practice take our guests feedback and concerns seriously, the issue raised of bad food giving you daily runs does not hold any water since we do observe very high degree of care in our food handling from the receiving to serving it on the table. The menus offered to the wedding group were deliberately also offered to our other hotel staying guests and none ever complained or brought to our attention of any concern. Suffice to say, we also had an exit meeting with the bride's representative who appreciated our handling of the wedding. Our Ice is made from a fresh water supplied by the government institution as well as regular water tests done to ensure safety of the same. As for rooms, we have various categories from Standard, superior, cottages to even exclusive villas for our guest selection. All in all, we put effort in addressing any shortfall brought to our attention on a continuous basis. We wish to assure you of our best service if given a chance to host and serve you in your next visit.

漂亮的酒店，设施完备。非常友好热心的店员，美味的食物，地处不算世界最好但是肯尼亚最棒之一的沙滩。非常舒适，带有大床，非常干净的亚麻织品。我们住过很多的沙滩酒店，但这家是最好之一。向你们推荐这家酒店。

这家酒店是旅途中一家原来的酒店。我的一个同事，到那里过后很快的发现，她四十多年前作为背包客时来过这里。有一点累了。其实你可以很舒服如果是一场旅游的话。泳池很棒，酒吧都在水的四周。房间很大但是很简单。浴室的水压非常小。还是挺不错的，有一个遗憾就是不适合成群结伴来的游客。

We are pleased that you had a great stay with us and found our resort a great hotel and in particular appreciate our great pool, well situated bars as well as large and comfortable rooms which i will share your feedback with all here. We had that time and just made the flight. Passport control was very busy and very slow and it was outing with rain which slowed things down. Be prepared to run to the terminal
Yes to Safari, and Def yes to bath in ocean, but no shampoo, trip to Mombassa most probably
