First let me say that the staff are amazing and very helpful, especially Maha at the reception. However, the place is in great need of maintenance. First they put us in the one-bedroom apartment we reserved but the AC wasn't working and neither the internet or tv. So we spent the first night in 90 degree temperature with no AC.After telling them they didn't bother to fix any. Instead they offered to give us another apartment which was more airy, though less clean. To our dismay, we discovered at 9 pm when we went to bed that the water was dripping from the ceiling on the bed. They offered us a smaller apartment with a king bed but we wanted two single beds as our original reservation. After along discussion which extended until midnight, they offered us what they called {upgrade}. Unfortunately, it turned out to be two bedrooms apartment with totally tinted French windows that open to rubbish filled backyard. So the second night was spent in the original apartment after they fixed the AC at 1 am in the morning and the internet was still not working. The third day they fixed the ceiling and we moved back to the more airy apartment. The internet was fixed Only in our final and fifth night despite our consistent requests to fix it. The TV wasn't working, the safe was fixed only when we asked and the wardrobe was full of dust. The management responded to my complaints and tried to fix the issues Only after I threaten to contact booking.com. As a result they also gave us 2 days discount. To be honest that's wasn't satisfactory as my vacation was wasted between moving from my apartment to another and too much debate about fixing the rooms. The only bright side were the helpful staff who went out of their way to help. But the place should be fixed and deep cleaned before offering it to customers. It's a disgrace that a rundown place like this is allowed to offer its accommodation in both booking.com and Airbnb. This place should be avoided at all cost.

Excellent choice for a quick stopover in Cairo with the following perks:
-gated Dreamland community
-very flexible staff when it comes to requests like early check-in and so on
-super close to the Mall of Egypt
-very decent clean area & apartment itself
-water & bath amenities included
