Booked a “deluxe” apartment with sofa bed, outdoor dining area, dining area...and so on. Arrive and apartment bears no resemblance to photos and facilities. Offered a refund but would have to leave on a Friday night in Melbourne! Need the apartment for 8 nights including 2 nights with our daughter staying with us. Need to acknowledge they found some else and paid for our daughter to stay but when I said misleading advertising for example no dining table or chairs, nor outdoor balcony they responded with ‘there is a coffee table cant you eat on that’! The list of false promises is too long to set out in a review. $1360 for 8 nights a rip off.

Shocking service from collingwood cribs. Booked apartment in June 2018 for New Year’s Eve and full payment taken upfront. 27 December told over booked so can’t honor the booking. Just ridiculous, don’t bother with this place. Shouldn’t be listed on bookings.com when the are clearly totally unprofessional. DONT BOOK TO STAY HERE!
