While we only accept payments by credit cards and our fees are comparable to those charged by similar establishments, EFTPOS payments do not attract a fee. We offer express housekeeping service every day and full service on the 7th day. Express service is a non-intrusive way to refresh a room in an efficient manner. I am sorry if this wasn’t explained to you at check-in and this will be addressed by the front office team. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the fire alarm going off one evening during your stay. We investigate every alarm in the interest of our guest and colleague safety and am pleased to inform you that there was no cause for concern.
