Our second dish is one I had before which I thought was wonderful! Burrata with 3 colors of tomatoes, sesame seeds and  puffed chickpeas in a wasabi jacket.  The burrata is really a very nice vegetarian dish. All flavors are in it and it’s also soft with a nice bite because of the chickpeas. A delicious fresh dish that would certainly not look out of place in a star restaurant. Easy to share and a feast for the eyes.
Our first dish is scallops with beurre blanc, herring caviar, salty fingers, grated black garlic and butter crumb of baked potatoes.  The color scheme is beautiful. The lukewarm scallops are full of flavor and melt on your tongue.  There is a bit of sourness in the dish but it is also round and buttery, we asked for some bread along with it so we could happily dip our plates empty.
