  • A mix up on a third party site left me unhappy with a very small room. Staff, assistant manager and the bellhop jumped through hoops to make our stay pleasant. This is a convention center/ ski lodge, so we're probably talking thousands of people a year. The hotel could use an update here or there, but was super clean and the employees are what made this trip. Even down to the lovely shuttle driver. I would recommend this place to friends. We had a great weekend.
