  • This is the smallest bathroom I've ever seen for an ADA room. The white seat that's on the right side is huge. It sits in the tub for a shower but will tip forward if you're not careful.

The chair is great but in an ADA it is only in the way. Sorry.
This is the closet area, storage for ironing board/iron AND what you need to hang.
That debris was there for days.
