来这里吃他们有名的海鲜拼盘，等了一个多小时才上菜，光饮料都等了半小时。隔壁在建酒店噪音特别大，也有油漆和垃圾燃烧的味道。地方又不方便，别特地来了。

Thank you very much Journey32316883033 for the constructive compliment that you gave and for giving us a one star rating. It's sad to hear that you were not satisfied and we understand where you coming from. We ask sorry for the construction was very loud although it's not ours but of course we're affected from it. The smell of the paint, the burning garbage..... where in fact we don't allow our maintenance to burn our garbage in the vicinity and also painting that's for sure from our neighboring resort has done that for they are still doing the construction or the paint smell coming from the guys painting their boats in our neighbors as well.
With regards to our very famous seafood platter...we don't cook them once you didn't arrive yet. If that’s only your order then that’s very strange unless if you have additional orders ( a la carte) besides the seafood platter that’s probably the reason why it takes time you received your order. Once again we're very sorry for everything.

潜水店推荐的餐厅，但食物不合我们的口味，上菜速度慢，服务好，我餐厅就在沙滩上，我们是晚上来的所以景观还好，白天来应该更漂亮。

Sorry if the service is slow maybe there's a valid reason for that. Either there's a line up of order ahead of you already especially during dinner period. If you're a walk in guest and you don't have a reservation in advance then that's a possibility that it will take time your food to arrive on your table for we have this policy "first come first serve basis". Hope you understand the hotel policy. Take care and God Bless!

在过去几年间，我自己都来过这餐馆很多次了。最近我来到这地方，我又来这餐馆吃了3,4顿，因为我家人很喜欢吃他们家的美味食物，这餐馆的葡萄酒超赞的，而且他们在白色沙滩上的环境布置非常新颖美观。这餐馆可真是个轻松惬意享受美食的好地方，而且餐馆食物饮品的品质高，服务也很出色。这餐馆总是我就餐的首选。

在我到了之后，我就知道服务员没有准备好。但我不怪服务员。相反，它是管理层的问题。我的意思是，你怎么能为14个人的一桌分配一个服务员呢？真的吗？我为那家伙感到难过。我完全理解他为什么心情不好。如果我服务一张14人的桌子，还不得不分享我的小费，我也会生气的。不过，我的食物很好，份量很大，价格也很合理。我肯定会回来这里的，但可能不会和同样数量的人一起去了。:)

Thank you AveinSF for your direct review and for the 4 star rating you gave to us. I understand on where you coming from. Our standard supposedly is to help each other if there's a big group but sometimes we can't stop the fact that if it's very busy 1 waiter can handle 3 or more guests (with separate tables). We admit that we are lacking of waiters especially if one waiter is scheduled to have his day off. We're very sorry about that. Most of our waiters worked here in Linaw for a long time so they know already on how to handle that many of persons. It's been awhile that we are so very busy in our restaurant especially during dinner time. With this regard we will find a better ways to solve this problem. Once again thank you for your opinion. 相对来说，达瑙海滩在邦劳岛是个安静的地方。这家餐厅前方有海滩，是个适合放松休息的好地方。我连续两天来这里，吃了披萨和金枪鱼三明治。食物味道很不错，价格也很合理。还很高兴能在这里看到日落。

我们并没有选择入住Linaw海滩度假酒店，不过在这家餐厅吃了几次饭。度假村本身很漂亮，非常干净，有一个漂亮的游泳池，位置靠近海滩，房间也很漂亮。餐厅的食物非常好，尤其是早餐，你可以得到充足的食物，有免费的咖啡续杯和很多的新鲜面包。主菜单上有很多选择，价格合理，非常好。这里的所有员工都很热情，脸上总是带着微笑，没有什么比这更好的了，特别是Ricky，他是一个非常快乐、真诚的人，总是喜欢和我们聊天。这家可爱的餐厅和度假村的员工太棒了，感谢你们！

我们在潜水中心的推荐下去了珍珠餐厅。去度假胜地的途中看起来不太像，但一旦你通过了那里，度假胜地和餐馆就非常好了。我们的服务很及时，要的菜很快就上来。我和妻子都很喜欢我们的饭菜和饮料。他们为我们叫了一辆三轮车，在我们结束后把我们带回酒店，因为我们不住在度假村。如果回到盘老岛，一定会再来这里吃一次。

百科全书般的菜单，食物采用多是在微波炉里加热过的冷冻食品。一份法式火腿干酪三明治就像是过期的面包夹着简单处理过的火腿以及巴氏消毒工艺的奶酪。卡布奇诺咖啡用淡而无味的美式调制咖啡和没有煮过而不能发泡的牛奶制成。180便士的Halo Halo甜品远不如50便士的杂烩汤的味道好。一个塑料的篮子装满了在主要宴会厅替换下来的桌布和床单。显然，管理者对于怎么去运营一个高质量的符合高端市场定位的企业一无所知。

It was an honor having you here at Pearl Restaurant besides the entire negative review you wrote. It makes the competition healthy. We can’t please everyone. Or shall we say it's hard to please everyone. Even 5 star hotels have flaws probably even worse. We are not perfect. Raise your hand for those who are perfect.
I speak with the waiters/waitress in the restaurant for the main reason of your complaints and you also said to them that you will write a bad review which you did.
First you criticized our Menu. The Menu was made with a purpose. That’s how we valued our guests. We don’t just limit our expectations. All nationalities are welcome in our restaurant. We are not racist. Other guests will say it’s affordable and other say the opposite. Not only you who will eat at the restaurant.
That means it strikes you the most for we’re the only restaurant that has a wide variety of food lists for you to choose from.
Second the ham, do you know Farmers Ham? That’s what we’re using and for the cheese it’s Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese.
In every restaurant rules there’s what we called “Standard”. So, that’s our standard. For example the Halo-Halo ….that’s our standard. We can probably upgrade but we don’t imitate or copy.
It’s true that there’s a bucket filled with table cloth and linens delivered for the waiters to use in preparation for their table set up.
Do you know our standard? Just for your info.
Breakfast & lunch period we don’t use table cloth and table napkins we only use native place mat and paper tissue. At about 2 or 3 pm waiters/waitress will do the table set up in preparation for dinner period. That’s the time they will use the table cloth and table napkins
Like i said in the beginning that makes the competition healthy. Just do your thing. We learned from each others mistakes.
Upon everything still we consider or accept your review / complaint with dignity and understanding. We have to broaden our mind and understand where you coming from.

我们2年前来过这里，这次又来住了两个晚上。在整个停留期间，我们只在这家餐厅用餐—早餐，点心，午餐和晚餐—这家餐厅仍然是薄荷岛上最好吃的一家了。我吃了一顿非常健康的欧式早餐，下次我还会选择欧式早餐的，因为我很喜欢这里的冷盘。鱼和多汁的肉，羊肉串，帕尼尼，意大利式或法式咖啡，美味的酒，意大利面，都很完美！我们要把菜单上的所有菜品都品尝一边！

食物种类相当丰富。我们没有吃到足够的新鲜的海鲜。食物有点咸，偶尔我们想点的菜可能没有（比如排骨，芒果派，lapu-lapu）但是很幸运的是还有50多种其他的菜可以选。很幸运我们有伊利斯一直为我们服务，每顿饭都把我们照顾的特别好。

几年前我们来过这个美丽的度假胜地和餐厅。但我昨天却感到非常震惊。他们给我提供的是廉价的人造黄油而不是黄油，和面包一起端上来的。我问过服务员，他的回答是“不，先生，这就是黄油”，不管怎么说，我有点失望。但食物还是不错的。其他没什么特别的。

Reading this comment of yours makes me surprise as well. Of course I consulted this matter in the kitchen and I asked them if it's true that we're using margarine and the answer was NO. Ever since, we don't use margarine.
And yes, we are using Butter. The brand is Elle & Vire.
