Today is my birthday, and I chose to celebrate it at Ginja restaurant, a Thai restaurant located on the seaside of Marriott Resort. The location here offers a top-notch view, and dining while listening to the sound of waves creates an absolutely romantic atmosphere.
Firstly, I must commend the excellent service provided by Cania, the waitress. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, she attended to me with enthusiasm and attention to detail. Whether it was recommending dishes or answering questions, she displayed professionalism and patience.
In terms of cuisine, the tiger prawns here are superbly delicious, fresh, and leave a lasting impression. However, what pleasantly surprised me was the stir-fried wide noodles, which are hands down the best I've tasted in my five years in Thailand. The noodles were stir-fried to perfection, soft and sticky, paired with a special sauce that was rich in flavor, making it irresistible.
Additionally, the restaurant knew it was my birthday and specially prepared a customized mango sticky rice for me. This dessert was delicious, with the perfect blend of sweet and sour mango and fragrant sticky rice, showing the restaurant's thoughtfulness and warmth.
Overall, Ginja restaurant left a profound impression on me with its exceptional service, delicious food, and romantic atmosphere. Celebrating my birthday here was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant; it will surely make you want to stay longer.

首先要称赞的是服务员Cania，她的服务真是一流。从我踏入餐厅的那一刻起，她就以热情周到的态度为我服务，无论是推荐菜品还是解答疑问，都显得非常专业和耐心。
在美食方面，这里的虎虾超级好吃，新鲜美味，让人回味无穷。但更让我惊喜的是炒宽粉，这道菜简直是我在泰国这五年里吃过最好吃的。宽粉炒得软糯可口，搭配特制的酱料，味道浓郁，让人欲罢不能。
此外，餐厅还知道我今天是生日，特意为我准备了特制版的芒果糯米饭。这款甜品口感软糯，芒果的酸甜与糯米的香甜完美融合，让我感受到了餐厅的用心和温暖。
总的来说，Ginja餐厅的服务、美食和氛围都给我留下了深刻的印象。在这里过生日，真是一个难忘的体验。我强烈推荐大家来这家餐厅，一定会让你流连忘返。

我很开心在这里度过了小朋友的5岁生日，因为他们对坚果过敏，所以很多泰式的美食不太能吃，但是这里很贴心的帮我们避开了所有的过敏源，还尝试了泰式的传统料理，我很喜欢他们做的seabass,丰富的口感增添了鱼肉的鲜美，他们的春卷也是这几天吃到的最好的春卷。小姐姐知道弟弟过生日，最后还热情的送上了水果拼盘，因为弟弟鸡蛋过敏，不能吃蛋糕，如果下次来普吉岛，一定要再次拜访这家。

万豪度假会听课送的5000泰铢餐券，看了大众点评觉得普吉岛jw万豪餐厅ginja最合适使用，就一家三人来吃了一顿，点了一个冬荫功两个蘑菇汤一份虾一份蟹，炒饭，青菜，两杯芒果汁。刚好5000泰铢用完。

非常推荐咖喱牛肉，椰奶香味非常浓郁，牛肉非常软烂，配着米饭非常好吃！ 螃蟹饼和虾饼也非常好吃。唯一的小问题在于灯光太暗，点餐时会看不清菜单。

泰式沙拉和海鲜味道很合我胃口，椰子的甜品回味无穷。软壳蟹炸到刚刚好，以为会很油腻，结果很酥脆。石斑鱼的味道很鲜美，油炸也能吃出来很新鲜。选择了中辣到重辣的口味，感觉辣度还好。酒店的泰式特色鸡尾酒可以来尝一下，口感很独特。

海景餐厅，晚餐的时候可以看到夕阳从海平面落下。我们点了4500泰铢的seafood set，食物很好吃，每道菜都有浓郁的泰国风味。前菜的柚子沙拉很有特色，主菜的老虎虾很新鲜。Rainbow和Pink两位服务生小姐姐非常贴心，知道我们是情侣度假送了两杯香槟，我们吃到一半跑去沙滩拍日落，回来后还帮我们把桌上的菜重新热了一下。很棒的用餐体验！

We liked the food and service here. We were here with a young kid and we enjoyed the dinner here. Lobster set is impressive, and coconut ice cream is my daughter’s favorite. Rainbow and Pink were very friendly and helpful throughout the dinner. We will definitely come again.

我的家人非常喜欢泰国菜。我们来这里放松并庆祝黄金周。这里的食物非常美味。餐厅的女服务员Rainbow女士向我们推荐了海鲜套餐。所有的食物都非常好，服务很棒，工作人员很友好，但是如果你想来这里，请先预订，因为餐厅非常繁忙。我下次一定会回来的

We arrived in JW Marriott at 7pm, and was starving. Ginja taste healed us!
Food, service, everything perfect~ we bought two signature sets, and a soft shell crab dish, totally for 3500 baht, worse it!
At the end, we got a box of rice cake as gift, thank you Ginja, will come back!
我们晚上七点在万豪完成checkin，正在愁没地方吃饭，前台推荐了这家万豪内的泰餐厅。前台帮我们打电话询问了有无座位，之后礼宾开着小车送我们到了餐厅。
蝶豆花饮品非常美好，我们点了两个signature单人套餐，服务员怕我们吃重复了，还特意调换了菜式！使我们品尝了更多风味，非常感谢！
毫不客气的说，这可以算得上是旅程中最好的一次泰餐，比什么网红街头餐馆好吃太多了！ps：点评上去好多人推荐的软壳蟹可以不点，我在澳洲越南餐馆里吃过更好的。只要点signature套餐就好，足够了，量大！
主厨亲自出来问吃的如何，服务员还赠送了米饼做礼物，感谢款待！还会回来！

最近去迈考旅行时，和我丈夫一起参加了烹饪教室，有一说一，这是我此次旅行的一大亮点，主厨Non非常出色。从当地新鲜农产品市场开始此次的旅程，Non向我们讲解了许多新鲜奇妙的泰国农产品。在餐厅里，Non和他美丽的助手Ding教我们做出三道令人垂涎欲滴的美味佳肴。我们先从Som Tum（青木瓜沙拉）做起，接着是大家都喜欢的主食Phad Thai Goon（泰式炒米粉），最后是我个人最喜欢的一道菜 - Gaeng Kheaw Waan Gai（鸡肉绿咖喱）。工作团队对细节非常重视，他们把准备工作都做好了，就等着我们操作。Non告诉我们可以用哪些食材替代蛋白质。做菜时大家充满欢声笑语。他还给了我一张单子，上面有这些亚洲食材的名字和它们在西方的叫法，这样我就能去我们当地的市场采购这些食材了。向喜欢做菜的朋友们强烈推荐这个烹饪课，这是我一生都能受用的礼物。

餐馆在普吉岛JW万豪酒店，一个在岛上可以作为参照的地点。我非常享受那里的饮食。在泰国生活了几年，虽然我不是任何方面的专家，对我来说这个餐馆在非常好的氛围里提供了真正的泰国美食，味道摆在那里，菜单非常广泛，你会喜欢的。服务超级棒并且如期待中的训练有素。
