十年后再次造访上学的城市，发现市中心有好多新店的面孔。受够了英国菜，果断选择牛扒。事实证明真的是明智之选。Mugshot的牛扒超级赞，首先吃法特别，直接在怀石上加热，避免了西餐牛扒太生不熟的问题，自己控制熟度，然后抹上那层黄油一起加热，热好的黄油正好多汁不已！然后点了两杯鸡尾酒，造型很娇嫩了。pizza薄底脆脆的，中规中矩也不错

Dear Trevor,
Thank you for your review. Booking is something we recommend as we are booked ahead in advance for many parties, particularly over the weekend so it means that one can avoid disappointment.
We do have starters listed under nibbles, this is above the mains, usually this is okay.
We do have extraction, since you’ve visited we’ve had more installed and have plans for more to be installed soon.
We always provide an explanation, for most it is okay - we understand this is not for everyone.
If we had an off day with the butters I do apologise. Regarding the Rib Eye, our quality is usually quite consistent, we did check back and were not told otherwise this would have been replaced for you as we understand. As for the Triple Cooked Chips, I do apologise though we would have replaced them had this have been mentioned while you were here.
We do offer the steak cooked to order or the hot stone dining, should you visit again we can certainly cook to order.

我和我的男朋友预订了周六晚8点。我的生日是下午30点！ （绝对建议您预订），因为整晚的桌子都已经订满了-肯定是个好兆头！
简（Jen）整个晚上都在为我们服务-她是位非常可爱的女服务员，对团队有绝对的称赞，非常友善和健谈，但并不尴尬。
因为是我的生日，所以我们在房子上得到了普罗塞克的味道，真是太可爱了！
一切都向我们解释了（热石），这顿饭真是难以置信-这是我吃过的最好的牛排。我吃了里脊牛排，我的男朋友吃了肋眼牛排-两者都配以三层熟薯条，火箭和帕玛森沙拉。我们得到了土豆泥和季节性蔬菜作为额外的东西-那是为了死！我们的账单是85，要买两杯饮料，两顿牛排餐，两面和两个冰糕，这是我们不能错的。
我们唯一的“批评”是坐在楼下，那是非常黑烟，非常非常热。如果您能应付高温，那将不是问题！
10/10会推荐给我们的朋友，希望很快会回来！

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely and detailed review. It is always a pleasure to have lovely couples dine with us for special occasions! I do feel that the restaurant is well suited for a pleasant and romantic evening. You should see how busy we get for Valentine’s Day! Absolutely amazing. Since opening just over a year ago, the restaurant has built more and more momentum of popularity and we’ve been blessed with being busy with such nice customers coming to see what the hype is all about!
Isn’t our Jenn just amazing? Working with her is such a joy, her style of serving is very Canadian in how warm and welcoming she is. I do feel our team our lucky to have understood this and learned from her. So a small lady and so much positive energy! So fabulous.
Our ethos is to always treat our customers as though we are welcoming them into our own home and to give a VIP experience that is memorable. We all deserve a good treat, so thank you for taking the time to let us know we made such a positive impression.
Absolutely, we have some customers that do not mind and some customers that find the smoke/heat a little overwhelming. We are working really hard on improving this, we will be closed 21st October in order to have more extraction. When we first opened we were not as busy as we are now, so work must be done for the building to keep up with us! As the building is grade II listed, it does pose challenges which has slowed us a little in making improvements.
We shall look forward to having you dine with us again, please do have a look at our Christmas menu which is on our website!

这是一篇很难写的评论，因为我们对Mugshot有很多喜欢的东西，但有很多我们不喜欢的东西。让我们从最重要的牛排开始。老实说，我的鱼片是我在布里斯托尔吃过的最好的鱼片之一，但是我丈夫的肋眼肉太脆了，他无法充分享用。不，Alexios，我们没有提出它，因为那时我们已经无法从所有烟雾中呼吸了，所以想做完就离开，而不必等待其他牛排准备。服务非常好，我们的服务生很好地满足了我们对没有薯条和像样的沙拉的渴望-谢谢。真正的问题是烟和热-这个地方又热又烟，我们跳过了甜点，所以我们逃跑了。因此，我将在一个工作日晚上返回，希望不那么忙碌等于少吸烟，但是我丈夫需要更多的说服力。

Dear RSTravel,
I understand that the main issue was the smoke and heat, we have more extraction to be put into the building. It is very challenging since this is a grade II listed building! We will be closed Monday 21st October for work to be done. We are listening and we are working on everything. We do have extraction, though due to the nature of the restaurant becoming more and more busy it isn’t quite keeping up so we are looking forward to this being improved.
Regarding the Rib Eye, had this of been mentioned we would have replaced the cut. Had you of said that you were struggling with the heat and smoke, we would have moved you to a different area of the restaurant. I am not feeling that comfortable with your review based on the fact Alexios has now left Mugshot and is on new ventures, which we are excited about for him. On that basis it is bizarre that you are addressing him by review as if he has ever crossed your path. Which, to ensure you understand, he has not and I highly doubt ever will. So... no need to be addressing Alexios.
To end on a positive note, we do hope that having welcoming staff, great food and the ability to adapt will result in our having you dine with us to have a lovely experience in the future.

You are absolutely right, I understand some people’s hesitation at joining us and getting on board with our hot stone dining concept, but I’ve found it gives most people joy to finish off their steak in an interactive, fun and theatrical way.

多么棒的经历。被我长大的孩子带走了生日礼物。首先，服务员非常专注，对菜单中的所有内容都有所了解。鸡尾酒很棒，我肯定会推荐Judy Garland和芝加哥巴克。
我们开始使用卡门培尔奶酪和许多不同的面包黄油，完全推荐蜂蜜黄油和烟熏切达干酪。
然后我们吃了牛排和热石上的惊人体验。再加上蜂蜜黄油和戈贡佐拉酱。
当我们认为事情再也没有好转时，果汁冰糕会让它更进一步。

Our chefs are mixologists are true artisans when it comes to their offerings. Judy Garland is such a refreshing drink, isn’t it? That Gorgonzola sauce is criminal, too.

We are all very flattered by this review (I even got a fist bump from the owner for this review). The Porterhouse was a brilliant choice, I may have been a little jealous... that is only natural though!

62岁的时候，我去过披萨餐馆已有40多年的历史，其中包括在美国居住多年，在意大利居住了很多。我想我本周在Mugshot上有可能是我最好的披萨。这是白色披萨。这本来是非常了不起的，但我的妻子也说她的披萨可能是她吃过的最好的！
工作人员非常友好。很棒的夜晚，可以愉快地推荐这个地方给任何披萨爱好者。
