大规模下山，再也不会从这里得到食物了。今晚弹出来点餐并收取中国外卖，令我们感到惊讶的是，我们的订单大约在2分钟内就准备好了，但是直到我们带回家食物之后才想得太多，然后才知道为什么，这显然是预先准备好的-煮熟并重新加热后，我们的鸡丸就像木炭，非常辛苦，整个食物都丢进了垃圾箱，我们现在不得不从其他地方重新订购。

Thanks you for your feedbacks. Regarding the speed we get your food ready is very simple, you are the first customer order we have 4 chef inside the kitchen get ready cook your meals, also need to depend how big order you place, only a few dishes just need to take 5 minutes to cook, everywhere else is the same, is very common sense if you know how the kitchen work. Also all of our food you ordered can not be reheat or pre cooked as they can only cook fresh. We do take criticism but this one seems exceptionally abnormal. Maybe our food doesn't suit your taste and hope you can find a better takeaway in the future.😊

在处理这个外卖时，在线订购食品并提前付款是我们最大的错误。指示交付需要一个小时，但实际需要1小时40分钟。联系时，与我交谈的那位女士一直在问我是否想要订单或者想取消订单 - 不是以客户为中心。告诉我食物与司机有关，但在抵达前还需要40分钟。给人的印象是没有煮熟的食物。当食物到达时，它很冷，质量很差。不会再次使用此外卖。

Dear customer, Firstly i want to clarify in Lucky wok we never let customer wait for up to 1 hour 40 minutes, our delivery time always on time or sometime slightly delay in weekend if you are our regular customer you definitely will knew it. Secondly I’m sorry for the delays that you experienced on Friday night, as you are aware we had an incident in our kitchen beyond our control and hence we gave some delay customers the option to cancel in advance plus 15% Off the bills, but you ignore it, you still want the food, don’t forget to said you asking for more discount 50%off, maybe? You said is not enough only get 15%off, but I’m ignore your request, because only 10-15 minuets delay your meals I think is nonsense request and unacceptable. To be honest in the weekend I believe every restaurant or takeaway will be busy, slightly wait is acceptable, I believe you won’t do it in the restaurant but Chinese takeaway😵. Just imagine if everyone customer like you, only 10-15 minutes delay and want half discount or free food, I think all the takeaway shop will be closing down soon. We thank you but urge customers to be honest🤥 with their reviews as we really do care and appreciate all feedback for our Improvement and progression. After all the troubles and rude behavior we received from you on the phone it's a blessing to read that you won't be ordering from us again😇

我和我的妻子决定给这个地方一个中国外卖，食物比承诺的早一点，食物非常好（比这里的大多数人好）我们认为这是物有所值和质量好的东西我们付了钱。我们肯定会再次使用。

Hi Geoff S, thank you for your comments on our service. We are sorry for forgetting the mini spring rolls it was our packers mistake. I appreciate it would be annoying especially if your trying to enjoy your meal. It is a shame we were not aware of this on the night to allow us to rectify the issue. 一个星期左右前穿过门口的时候菜单所以我们很想试一试。
真希望我们没有来过! 它很快就送来了立即打电话给钟声担心如果这样的话我们就会刚准备和制作。
立即确认我们的嫌疑。 这是很明显的在加热和各种肉类的菜都是很艰难的,而且没什么味道很难嚼。
储藏的菜单,吸取教训,以后再也不会再考虑这家酒店并会推荐如果你考虑点菜了,真是恶心死了!
如果我能将它标记具有零星级。 我会。

We are very suspicious about your review because we haven't actually distribute any leaflets for more than a year . Therefore you wouldnt find our menu in Your post unless you pick up from our shop .We suspect you might have ordered from lucky star instead of us ( lucky wok ). Kind regards.

第一次点了从这里最近的还是满意的。 上菜很快,速度比预估时间和给了我们免费的虾片太! 食物真的很好看又好吃的,不过也有可能有点热但还可以更好。 订单会再来:）
