昨晚,我和我男朋友在itison(查询苏格兰吃喝玩乐的搜索网站)上查过之后,去了阿育王餐厅。我不能指责工作人员,因为他们愿意帮忙,友善,而且细心。但是食物使他们的水准下降了。帕可拉电池(印度的炸蔬菜小吃)是硬的,看起来是重新加热的,不新鲜。在羊肉中间的咖喱是冷的,事实上简直太难吃了。不要吃他们。我曾经去过艾什顿巷的一些餐厅,那里很出色,食物很美味。不知道为什么要脑抽跑到西区来。现在开始,我会告诉提醒别人。

Hi Zoe.
Thank you for taking the time to review our restaurant. We take pride in maintaining our service and food standards and treat all criticisms very seriously in order to prevent them in future occasions. I have started to investigate your complaint with my kitchen team and my front of house girls. The girls check 3 times during the duration of a customer dining in, and none of them remember any recent negative feedback regarding pakoras or infact a lamb curry. Neither do any of the team, remember seeing a huge amount of curry being left, given you said you didn't eat your curry, which they do monitor and report to myself so that we can ask the customer about the issue. I would like to discuss this complaint further with yourself to come to a conclusion where if there is something wrong we can prevent it again in the future. You can call me on 0141 339 3371 anytime after 3pm.

这家餐厅有很多正面的评价,但我必须说我感到有点失望。我吃到的菜肴不是真正的当季菜,并且尝起来味道有些淡。方便的话我可能会再来这里吃饭,吃些别的菜,希望味道尝起来会更好些。

After reading your review, I was a bit confused about your comments regarding the food given that you fail to even name the dish you had, despite your issues with it being so bad you felt you had to post on here regarding it. We strive to give a high quality of food and service at Ashoka Westend and do investigate our complaints in order to improve. If you could please reply letting us know what dish you had I would really appreciate it as I can then flag the issue with my kitchen team.

一个五口之家,我们在Finnieston的Ashoka享用了美味的晚餐。厨师穆罕默德(Mohammed)对于我丈夫自己烹饪美味咖喱的丈夫的膳食建议非常出色。非常感谢两位厨师Mohammed&Sunil提供的如此美味的咖喱以及所有热情友好的员工,让他们度过了一个愉快的夜晚。可以强烈推荐。

经过同事的好评之后,今天去了Ashoka餐厅。
点了一份尼哈里羔羊肉,很好吃,很快,但是首先,我怀疑他们是否品尝过尼哈里羔羊肉或其他羊肉菜。无论他们提供什么,但是这道菜都是可悲的。羊肉煮了一半。试图削减和吃,但不能。也向女服务员展示了它,她与经理/主管交谈,但认为他们没有理会。支付了账单并提供了口头和书面反馈。希望他们能提高自己的水平。

他们的菜单很简单,您可以以固定价格获得开胃菜,主菜和一些米饭。很显然,我们点了一堆Naan面包。我们有一些鱼pakoras(最好的!),羊排(为了死),然后羊肉rogan josh(也非常好)和一些鸡tikka咖喱(更新鲜的蔬菜)。
我唯一的抱怨是,孩子们的黄油鸡肉有点乏味,但很辣。没有相当的指甲,但他们仍然吃得很好,我们都很高兴。服务快捷,价格优惠。

Thank you for your kind comments about us being one of the best places to get an Indian locally, that is much appreciated.
We are disappointed you think we aren’t up to the same standard as Ashoka Ashton Lane. I am a little confused as it says your visit day was October and you haven’t went into much detail about why you have dubbed our service as “crap”. We have undergone many changes in the last few months so its a very vague review given you have not experienced dining here recently.
I would really like if you could contact me on info24hr@ashokafinnieston.com so we could have a more detailed conversation about why you were dissapointed and hopefully in order for us to redeem ourselves.

参观阿育王星期六31/3/19只能说我非常失望,食物很平均,服务还可以,但服务员肯定是努力让我们感到受欢迎,实际上接近粗鲁!当工作人员在楼梯间争吵而其他人正在进行,并没有关注顾客时,气氛并不是我所期望的。我不会推荐曾经有声望的Ashoka。 。 。 。

First of all, we at Ashoka would like to apologise massively for the fact that you were made to feel uncomfortable on your arrival. We are currently investigating the events of this evenings service are we are deeply saddened to find our customers think of any of our staff members rude, or felt they were carrying on too much to the point they were unattentive. This is like you said totally against the service standard we adhere to give our customers, given our rich reputation and restaurant history.
I am shocked to hear that you heard staff arguing, we are a very close knit team here at Ashoka Finnieston and are normally commended on our relationships. Management are completely unaware of any arguments that have went on especially on the night you dined with us. So we are currently investigating into this as well. I wonder if maybe there has been a misinterpretation of the staffs communication due to them being busy? However we genuinely apologise for anything that occurred to make you feel uncomfortable.
As I said we are currently investigating these issues in order to get our service up to the once reputable one we had and strive to maintain this at all periods of time and the fact we have let you down on this occasion is very upsetting. I would love to speak to you in more length about this, and essentially hope that afterwards you would consider giving us the opportunity to redeem ourselves.
It would be great if you could contact me regarding this on info24hr@ashokafinnieston.com to speak more at length about the issues.

当我们坐下来时,服务员似乎忘记了我们,他们服务于我们之后坐下来的其他桌子,看起来我们是一个想法。我花了大约20分钟让我们被要求喝酒,甚至没有那么忙。等待时间大约是30分钟,如果我们有饮料,这本来可以原谅。其他的桌子被问到他们的饮料是否一切都好,但不是我们,再次感觉像是一个想法。然而,唯一的积极因素是食物,它是好的,所有的都是同时出现的,但是,等待的工作人员,例如女性,只是没有达到他们显然自己设定的标准。因为它是一个小餐馆,如果它很忙,几乎不可能听到有人坐在你对面,或咖啡机开启时。不是一个很好的用餐体验。 ,很可能不会回来,会更友好的地方。

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on our tripadvisor listing, I am so sorry that on this occasion it has been with negatives.
Regarding your comments on the size of the entrance and there being no disabled access we are aware of this but are unable to do much due to the restaurant being a small property. Which is also what we think gives it a lot of its charm. Staff are more than happy to open both doors upon request and at weekends we consistently have a member of staff there dealing with takeaways who tends to do this many times without request being needed. Disabled access is out with our control as well sadly, but we do advertise that we do not have this. And staff are trained when taking bookings to advise on this etc.
Further per your review, we can only apologise that you felt you were seen as an after thought. This is certainly not the case. We pride ourselves on our service here at Ashoka and this have been very upsetting for us to hear. We want all our customers to feel welcomed and looked after and leave our restaurant on a positive note.
Again regarding the coffee machine this is somewhat out of our hands too as I previously stated the restaurant is very small so storage is an issue so we do have to keep our coffee machine in the dining area. I understand it can be loud at times, but other restaurants will have this in their establishments too. However we do apologise you felt it affected your experience to the extent you felt you had to leave negative feedback.
We appreciate your kind comments regarding our food and are glad you found something positive on your visit with us.
We are deeply concerned with the issues you found with our service as you said we do set ourselves to a high standard and we are sad you think this might have slipped.
I would like to speak to you in further length so that I can investigate the events and see what we can put in place to prevent it happening / make the necessary changes so you as a customer do feel valued. And may even be kind enough to give us a chance to redeem ourselves.
