Run like a well-oiled machine, this is a hugely likeable bistro with a rustic edge thanks to its tile-backed open kitchen and wines displayed in a huge metal cage. The Mediterranean dishes are big enough for sharing and showcase skilful use of simple ingredients, with the flavours really shining through. The appeal of the cooking is enhanced by its fantastic value for money, with delicious dishes like tubetti with brown butter, peas and guanciale an absolute steal.This restaurant is temporarily closed for refurbishment and will reopen in February 2025.

点了7道菜，每一道，每 一 道，都非常咸！非常咸！我们三个人喝了四瓶Tap water……菜量不大但喝水喝饱了……从食材到配料到酱都非常咸，咸的不可思议……我真的不知道评分为什么这么高，见鬼了……

我们五个人昨天在这里用了晚餐。我其实充当了电灯泡的角色（意指其他两对是情侣），所以希望这边的美食能给我一些安慰。我们一开始吃了一些小面包干和酵母面包，都挺好吃的。我其实没怎么看菜单就点了菜，因为在吃完这些美味的面包之后，我深信大厨的出品一定不会让我失望。我们点了一些菜，吃完之后我就被惊艳了。Pol Roger 香槟酒是个不错的选择，如果你想给别人一个惊喜，我绝对推荐你来这里。我下次肯定会再来的。

我们超爱餐前小吃，而这家店刚好提供超好吃的餐前小吃。这里的氛围真是热闹有趣，前头带着一个开放式的厨房，座位很舒服，服务友好且高效。7份菜和两杯酒大概￡78。现在说回菜本身，兔肉砂锅肉质鲜美浑厚并伴有腌萝卜。我们另外叫了面包。泰式鱼糕伴着沙拉，这是我的最爱，我认为它们风情万种。猪脸肉和粥也还不错，另一大爱是烤羊肩肉，杏仁，薄荷酸奶和保加利亚小麦的绝妙搭配。一盘简单的花椰菜也因为柠檬，鼠尾草油，榛实和鳀鱼的加入而变得有分量。炸马铃薯条和aoli都还行，然后夹着火腿和豆子的意大利香肠有烟熏味。因为有太多人知道这个好地方了，所以你需要提前预定。

As you suggest, booking is advisable - particularly at the weekends - although we do have a limited amount of tables available for ‘walk ins’ on a first come basis. 慕名来到一试，结果喜岀望外。个人感觉glasgow的口味一般偏重，而通常带一点Asia fusion。
这里的菜式选择多样化，肉类，菜类，海鲜各有特式的烹调方法。可以肯定的是味道有水准，环境舒适，员工十分友善，价格合理。
值得一提的是如果一间餐厅对洗手间的设计和保养也花心思的话，大概这会是间注重食客感受的餐厅。

我男朋友上周来过这里，回来一直跟我吐槽。不过这次来了之后我并不失望！！餐食很特别，卖相精致，份量很大。服务也很好，服务我们的那个女孩做得很棒，有给我们推荐菜色（都非常好吃！！）大力推荐，很快还会再来的。

这家餐厅位于格拉斯哥艺术画廊附近，我们去参观了雷尼·麦金托什(Rennie Mackintosh)的展览后来了这家餐厅。你通常得提前预订，不过这等待是值得的。食物刚烹制好，并在烹制时带到餐桌上，有餐前小吃风格。工作人员非常有礼貌，懂的很多，不会不停地问是否一切正常(这是我最讨厌的事情之一)。餐厅环境优美，餐桌布置舒适。强烈推荐来一次试试，这是格拉斯哥餐馆的一大优点。

最后决定在这里吃晚餐，因为看了听了很多好评。对牛肉和禽肉类食物充满期待，因为评价很高，尝试后发现确实不负众望。西班牙式小吃份量很大，我们点了六个菜，两个没吃完。食物种类很多，选择多样。我丈夫不喜欢吃鱼，随意吃了一一半，我照单全收。我们做好贵消费的准备了，价单上来后，确实吃惊了，价格很美丽。这家已经成为我们在格拉斯哥最爱的餐馆了。
