今天订了在Hilton饭店的餐厅，用餐的人可享免费停车，Hiltom饭店布置的很美，餐厅也是，在这用餐感觉很享受及惬意，风景很美，餐点味道也不错，午餐时间可点$29的套餐（包含前菜、主餐及甜点）。

这里是我们在奥克兰吃到最美味而且价格实惠的餐厅了。美丽的环境，落地窗观赏窗外风景。最重要海鲜非常美味，而且人均不到200人民币。适合在美丽的天气里，美美的慢慢享受一顿午餐或者晚餐。

多么令人难以置信的餐厅。美丽的环境，有大量的窗口。服务很好，食物也很好吃。很可能是奥克兰最好的鱼和薯条，还有手工制作的黄油面包，这是必须的!此外，配上蒸青菜的虾仁也很出色。殷勤的，但不过分的工作人员和美丽的氛围使这家餐馆成为奥克兰最受欢迎的餐厅。

Thank you for taking the time to visit, and leave feedback of FISH on TripAdvisor.
We do our best to provide excellent seafood - naming a restaurant 'FISH' is a big claim! - and I am thrilled to read that we did just that when you dined with us, and lauded our Fish n Chips which is a very competitive item in New Zealand.
The team does its best to ensure everyone is looked after with a professional standard, but to not make them feel like a victim of a bird of prey, which I can see you did not miss, and found it notable which is fantastic.
I hope we will have the opportunity to have you back in the future.

这是我们第二次去Fish吃饭，而且我们没有失望。这次吃饭是为了庆祝生日，所以我们想要特别些，我们得到了所有这些以及更多！工作人员都很高效而且很友好。食物很赞而且展示的很棒。最后的感动是放在漂亮地写着“生日快乐”盘子上的五块美味的巧克力。真是一段完美的经历。

我不得不同意在网站上关于这家餐馆许多其他评论。我们一行4人来到了这一家餐厅，我们在此聚会。餐馆内至少有60％是空位。服务很糟糕，几乎没有任何温暖我们的地方。我们等菜等待客40多分钟，当我们向经历提出抱怨时，他并未给我们一个满意的答复。我们是美国和爱尔兰的游客，我们唯一的希望是，这个餐厅可以完善一下服务，因为除此之外，这几餐馆的地理位置是不错的。

I appreciate you mentioning we have failed to empathize with your comments on the night, this will be carefully looked into. I will ensure our Maitre D' and supervisors take every feedback into consideration and are able make it right for our Guests on the spot.
As per your feedback on the food I sincerely apologize, as it appears our food taste haven't match your taste buds.
As per waiting 40 minutes in between courses, I feel concerned by your comments. I do take all feedback seriously and make them my priority, it was a surprise to me when I checked our camera system trying to find out where we dropped the ball.
Your table placed an order at 7:53.
Starters arrived at your table at 8:03pm
Mains were called away at 8:11pm
Mains arrived at your table 8:35pm (24 minutes after called away). Thank you for pointing out the wait it shows me were we have still work to do. I must advise however one of your mains alone has a minimum cooking time of 13 minutes plus plating.
40 minutes of waiting in between courses sounds a bit overrated.
Our FISH restaurant last night was rather 60% full, hence why we unfortunately were unable to granted you a table on our deck area. Yet drinks have been promptly including a round of aperitifs and bottle of wine.
Thank you one more time for your feedback and for pointing out some areas for improvement.

我们专程为这三月的牡蛎来的——给我们的一打（12个）牡蛎是冷的、干的并且不好闻的。公平的说，他们派出了一个少年从厨房给我们拿出了另一打牡蛎，也是冷而无味的。他告诉我们他们每隔一天才能得到牡蛎所以这是星期五就到的，然后保存在冰箱里的。我朋友点了阿根廷虾，这虾也不新鲜，它们没有被去除内脏，闻起来很可怕。所以我们点了一份由4张包含30g奶酪板组成的奶酪，这个奶酪展示了微波炉加热的奶酪的硬和不可食用。我想唯一积极的是他们的坏虾和坏奶酪并不收费，但那并不是你的午餐所想要的东西。

I am sorry to read that you did not enjoy your time dining at FISH restaurant. Being present on the day I understood some of our dishes were not matching with your table's palate, however taking into consideration we have act immediately taking the dish of the bill and replacing when necessary I find your comment rather misplaced.
A few things to take into consideration which I would like to highlight:
We receive our Bluff oysters every second day because this is the best that anyone can receive, they are still live while in the shell and definitely would not be affected by being 12-24 hours old in the restaurant, let alone considering the distance they have to travel to get to us. Bluffs this year are very different from last year.
We pride ourselves on serving fresh and moreish items, Bluff oyster month is no exception. Also, a cold oyster is the correct way to have them when raw, as when they get too warm they can begin to spoil and develop an unpleasant smell.
I find it hard to understand your claim of the Argentinian Prawn dish being off. The Sous Chef inspected the remains of the dish, so perhaps your palate simply did not agree with the flavour of the dish? I must also assure you that all of our prawns are deveined upon arrival as part of the kitchen’s preparation to serve the dish, only the head remains as it's essential to hold the flavor. Perhaps you may have confused yourself with something else? As there is a strong smell of garlic another important component of the dish.
I must stress that nothing in the restaurant touches a microwave, or even goes near one.
The cheeses are stored in a moderated cold environment to preserve them, and then when we have an order it is released from this and plated to warm to a state where we are happy the customer will enjoy the dish. We serve a combination of hard and soft cheeses, so perhaps having a very soft and a hard cheese next to each other may have confused you.
Being present on the day, I decided to not charge you for these dishes because I believed that seeing the dishes that were returned by you, with nothing wrong with them.
Thank you for your feedback. It will assist us to ensure we deliver our guests expectations, your comments on service and well informed staff explaining our menu and dishes, in addition to the flexibility provided sending a chef to table during a very busy period in order to increase your satisfaction is valuable to us. I have taken into consideration all your words and well detailed explanation of dishes and how your Lunch have disappointed you in some aspects. Your comments will surely be taken on board.

我们宴请了几位从墨尔本来的朋友，我们花了大约4小时在Fish餐馆用餐，这里有美味的食物，不错的酒和很棒的服务。我们的前菜是新鲜的牡蛎，好吃的要死，接下来是面包，味道很不错，“褐化黄油”是一个亮点。服务优雅，绝不会中断我们的谈话的提示，脸上总是挂着微笑。适当的幽默让我们一桌人都笑了。市场的鱼和和尚鱼味道一流。绝对推荐Fish餐厅！！

这家店是奥克兰的希尔顿酒店内的餐厅。我们在奥克兰住了一晚，我想要去水畔。我们落座了前排中心的座位，可以看到水畔。餐厅有一面玻璃墙，门是开着的（我确信当天气暖和的时候，玻璃墙、门都会开放）。我很想看水面的景色（通过预订系统预订了座位），我们的座位就在前排。桌子之间间距很大，隐私得到了很好地保护。服务很不错，速度适宜。食物很有创新性，我们点的所有菜品都很不错。（包括：阿根廷对虾、安康鱼以及当季鱼品）。

I am thrilled that you had such an enjoyable evening dining with us, as the team definitely tries to ensure every guest is thoroughly taken care of, and given an experience to remember us by. It is great to read that we were able to meet your expectations via your booking requests, and that it helped make your evening so much more enjoyable.
The food is definitely something we are proud of, as our Head Chef takes caution with every dish, but is not afraid to experiment and try something completely unique, or match different techniques to bring components into a harmonious and tasty morsel!

我们在奥克兰的第二天，在这里用餐庆祝我的50岁生日！ 女主人坐在我们最佳座位的右侧，靠玻璃露台，享有水景。氛围真的很好！ 我们点了长相思白葡萄酒，面包拼盘，绿色的西班牙凉菜汤，我们还都点了市场上特色的鲷鱼，配上羽衣甘蓝，木炭花椰菜和一种酱。 食物都是一流的。 装饰和氛围也是一流的。 服务有点慢。 在我们旁边那桌子的服务很是痛苦，我们不得不听他们抱怨了整个晚上。 我们的服务也很慢，但还不是灾难性的。 女服务员解释说，他们是临时的，并且给我们道歉了。 我们跳过了甜点，因为那部分很大。这是一次还好，但不是很好的用餐体验。

I am glad to read that you decided on us to celebrate such an occasion as your 50th, and had a great meal while enjoying the spectacular views of the Waitemata Harbour we have available to us.
I do apologize if there was a delay in service, we will staff each night accordingly to bookings and expectations from hotel capacity, so although it may have been mentioned as understaffed (which I hope was not the case) there would have likely been a surge of interest in dining at one particular time which can stretch the team, as any restaurant thin.
I hope this did not mar your experience too much, and I hope to welcome you back again in the future.

FISH一直是奥克兰餐厅中风景最棒的地方之一，现在它的食物和氛围总算也赶上了。酒水单不错，有很多选择，菜品也比较新鲜，服务无可挑剔。头盘菜推荐你鲍鱼油条，主菜小龙虾（很大份的一盘），非常不错的经历，还会再来的！

服务态度友好，但是饭菜口味实在一般而且价钱贵得吓人。说实话，感觉鱼也没想象中那么好吃。至于这里的烧烤嘛，他们甚至都不知道烤蔬菜和烤土豆是什么，太让人失望了。不过值得一提的是，酒店绝对是顶级的！

我的妻子和我在这家餐馆吃了晚餐，餐馆提供了红酒欢迎我们。餐馆有套餐提供。总之食物很一般，没什么特别的。头菜是烟熏鲑鱼，就像早餐提供的鲑鱼味道。之后我们吃了鲈鱼，还不错。不过配菜是西兰花，听起来不错但吃起来很糟糕。我妻子吃了牛里脊肉，她很喜欢。我吃的是蔬菜芦笋，不怎么样。他们忘记提供餐前小吃了，我提醒了之后就和主菜一起上上来了。甜点很不错。服务员推荐的黑比诺很是不错。

I am sorry to read that you did not enjoy your experience of a New Years Dinner with us.
The menu was carefully planned out with items from our restaurant, as a couple of bespoke changed to give guests a special experience. The Ora King salmon is some of the best you can find in New Zealand and was freshly prepared that day - I can assure you it is much better than the one you might find at breakfast.
I have passed on your feedback to the Head Chef regarding the Pasta and the Hapuka. If a dish is not enjoyable for our guests, we will do our best to remedy the situation, and to do better for future guests.
I hope we may have you back with us in the future, as New Years Dinner is one of our busiest nights of the year, it would be excellent to show you the true potential of our restaurant on a normal evening.

我们闲逛进去吃晚餐，希望餐厅不是普通国际酒店的体验。房间景色不错，能看到河，椅子舒服而且氛围很好。食物很赞，鲣鱼肉汤饺子，三文鱼配金汤力果冻，入口即化的猪脸肉配腌蔬菜，Hapukai（不知道写对了没）烤得很完美。酒单不错。工作人员很好，但是没有秩序。房间基本满了，但是大部分人都专注于叠餐巾和收拾桌子。这让我们的前菜等了好久，主菜也一样。尽管服务不太好，食物还是值得来一次，不过就这个价格来说，我期望有更有经验更有序的服务。

I am glad to read that we appear to have broken the mold for what appears to be a trend in international hotels, and that you had an excellent time exploring the sensational delights that are available on the menu. (The hapuka is a fantastic fish!)
It is unsettling however, that the service did not seem to be on par as normal as you mention, which is definitely abnormal in our restaurant.
I would love to get some more information regarding the day/time that you came by, just so that I can review what may have been going on.

I am very pleased to read that you had such a great overall experience dining at FISH!
We often feel spoiled having the location we do, and it is wonderful that others can come and experience that same feeling, while enjoying the excellent menu Chef Fraser has come up with for the season and to refresh yourself with some sensational local wine.
