我们下午的飞机离开布达佩斯，约的午餐。餐厅建议我们选3道菜，因为我们时间太短。不过也OK的。我们点了不同的组合，在餐厅人员的建议下，还点了两杯很好喝的贵腐酒，餐前的面包确保了我们肯定能吃饱，而且面包和配的酱都非常好吃！
很好的体验，下次过去一定约晚餐，吃一吃六道菜和推荐酒单。

这里绝对是布达佩斯最好的餐厅。店家将一切都考虑得仔细周到。我们在这里吃晚饭。我们看完菜单后，决定店5道菜配葡萄酒。所有的菜品都很美味。每道菜的摆盘都很棒。这家餐馆在我去过的米其林餐厅里占首选项。餐厅的服务无可挑剔。工作人员能仔细明了地为你介绍每一道菜。

这间餐厅荣获米芝莲2星，相比其他米芝莲餐厅来说不算太贵。餐厅感觉十分高级，侍应诚恳，每一碟菜式及酒都会详述一遍由甚么材料烹调，酒的来源等等。
餐厅午餐时间人流不多，坐得很舒服，连厕所都十分干净，提供女性所有必须品。
每一碟菜都会为你配上合适的酒，即使是送上的面包款式都很多，每一款都很好味，当中最欣赏朱古力榛子挞，榛子果仁是新鲜暖暖的铺上朱古力挞面，咬下口浓浓的朱古力挞配上榛子果仁，真的十分好味。整体我们都十分满意这次午餐的食物及服务。

这家餐厅所提供的食物，味道都是很清淡的，所烹制的味道是无法很好地跟食材融合在一起的，并且食物的分量是极小的，还有，这里的服务态度也是平庸无奇的，这家餐厅究竟是如何达到米其林星级的呢？更不用说这是一家二星级米其林餐厅了，这家餐厅是令米其林的声誉开始变得令人担忧的。 我们永远都不会像这次经历之前那样，完全信任这家餐厅的了。 这一次，我们喝光了所有的葡萄酒和水，但超过了五分钟也没有服务员为我们续杯，我是忍不住想从我们身后的柜台上直接拿一瓶醒酒的酒，为我自己倒上了。 结账时的服务态度也是不怎么好的，我们的桌子都被清空了，桌子上是什么都没有的，而我们的信用卡在桌子上是等了超过十分钟才有人拿去结账的。 这是一家优雅可爱的餐厅，但我们是无法推荐它的，并建议米其林对它的评级进行评估。

As for a start, I would like to thank you for taking your precious time on rating Onyx.
We are sorry that you had such a negative experience in our restaurant. In particular, the criticism of the almost 100% recognized excellent service, is prompting us to investigate this situation immediately.
With regard to your opinion about the billing, allow me to note that according to Hungarian etiquette rules, the bill will only be delivered to the guest if they request. Many of our guests talk at the empty table after lunch and enjoy their table company. We do not want to disturb this, even if the credit card is on the empty table as an implied conduct.
In the future we are waiting for you with open doors and warm welcomes, until than we wish you the best.

很高兴和家人一起来到Onyx餐馆吃午饭。这家餐厅既漂亮又典雅，我们坐在现代的沙发式家具里。工作人员非常亲切周到，每个人都受到了尊重（即使是穿着短裤的孩子和游客），从第一刻起你就会感到很受欢迎。食物是经典的（也许有点太传统了？）美味可口，制作精良，菜品是盛放在银器里的，我们非常享受这次体验和我们的午餐。

欲前往的旅者请务必提早于网路预订，另外餐厅只有两种套餐选择，匈牙利式和西式，不过规定同桌用餐者只能选择同款，以便控制出菜时间与水准，很用心但也很可惜就无法尝试另一种风味，餐酒的推荐非常完美，与餐点配合的恰到好处，强烈建议加点侍酒师推荐的酒品，餐点的摆盘很艺术，食材的处理与呈现也都恰如其分，价格部分略高。

我以前因出差去过 Onyx餐厅，我发誓，如果我和妻子再来布达佩斯，我一定要带她去。最后，我们六个朋友一起去了。我们吃了“within our borders”菜单，搭配葡萄酒。完美普遍的共识是，西红柿和鹿肉是菜单上的亮点，但坦白地说，所有的东西都很美味。葡萄酒搭配是一个很好的选择，因为我们每次都会品尝不同的匈牙利葡萄酒。服务和对细节的关注非常出色。祝贺这位30岁的新厨师为餐厅赢得了米其林二星。

对Onyx餐馆评价再高都不过分。这是个美丽的优雅的餐馆，有独特的食物。我们喜欢“边境内”品尝菜单。推荐3.5小时的体验，这是正确的（菜单上说这是个好主意）。主菜之间有足够的间歇。最好的菜式是鹅肝酱和鹿肉。面包篮也很不错。喜欢所有的小礼物，这里配得上米其林二星级餐厅。

这是家米其林星级餐馆，你来就餐得有些美食家的精神，因为这一顿要吃上3小时，而且这是家米其林三星级餐馆。这餐馆的食物和服务都很棒，我不建议带小孩子来这餐馆，不过这餐馆很适合用于特殊场合就餐。我们这次没机会去到另一家米其林星级餐馆，Costes餐馆，但从网站上看，这餐馆的风格要显得轻松随意多了。
