这家餐厅的员工都穿着T恤，而不是更为正式的服装。从我们的位置可以看到一座花园，是为了纪念多姆·佩里尼翁而修建的，但人工草皮莳弄得非常糟糕。餐厅的入口非常正规，很漂亮。服务员为我们开了一瓶开胃酒，完全没有考虑到如何与我们所点的食物搭配，只想着把这瓶酒推销给我们。我们看到，服务员时不时地推着一辆手推车，里面装了许多红酒，在餐厅里转来转去，这一行为令人困惑不堪。菜单非常棒，把每一道菜肴都介绍得明明白白。我们点的主菜和开胃菜都很美味，尤其是鱼子酱，色香味俱全。不过，餐厅有一些小细节没有做到位，比如说，有一些事情必须经过我再三提醒，服务员才恍然大悟，他们似乎缺乏干净利落的做事风范，这一点令人失望。要知道，我们是怀着万分期待到这家餐厅用餐的，因为多年来，这家米其林餐厅一直声名显赫，享有很好的声誉，但盛名之下，我们还是稍微有些失望。

To begin with we would like to thank you for sharing your personal opinion here on TripAdvisor.
We are very sorry that you did not like your sterlet fillet course. As soon as you have mentioned it, the manager has appeared straight at your table and asked you what was the problem with the dish. You told her, that you think there is something wrong with the fish. We took it away straight and asked the head chef to do a double check on it. He found it in perfect condition. We have been working together with a fish farm for many years now, and they provide us our fresh sturgeon type fish selection and caviar as well under our supervision. As it is a certain type of sturgeon, which you can not really try and taste in many places we wanted to make sure if we have provided you all the informations about the texture and the taste of the dish. That is the reason why we tried to explain it. As a professional chef, you probably understand, that we treat every single customer the same way in our restaurant. We have offered you to try another main course if you do not like our sterlet, which you did not accept. Honestly, we feel sorry that you did not leave the restaurant with a nice dining experience, but our head chef would be more than greatful to invite you to his kitchen to chat about our signature ingredient, the sterlet! Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding an appointment.

我和老婆及朋友来这里吃晚餐。食物还不错。如果你想吃鱼子酱，这是个不错的地方，鱼子酱的质量还挺不错的。餐厅供应一些俄罗斯，乌克兰和匈牙利的混合美食。我们点的菜都很好吃，比如俄国饺子，基辅鸡和鱼肉。红酒单也不错，服务有点慢但是也并不是什么大问题。在他们上鱼子酱之前我们已经喝完了两瓶酒，我们还想一边吃鱼子酱一边喝香槟，然后再吃其他东西。如果我在布达佩斯还想吃鱼子酱，或者基辅鸡的话，我还会再来。

Our caviar service is not a common way to serve caviar, we are keen on serving our caviar at the highest level. However please accept our apology if you felt it took longer then you have expected.

我们吃了一顿特别的午餐，是我吃过最好吃的之一。几盘品尝菜点作为开胃小吃，菜肴的一部分是很多鱼子酱。主菜是鸽子，非常美味（我是第一次品尝）。整个晚餐都有匈牙利香槟供应。服务非常棒，我们非常享受这种氛围。尽管价格不便宜，但菜品非常物有所值。乘坐16路就可以到达餐厅。

我是一位来自美国的美食厨师和老板，在布达佩斯的时候很幸运能在这里用餐。服务到位，亲切，菜肴精致，绝对美味。不同层次的风味需要很多的技巧和时间，还有本地的特色食材配上一大杯葡萄酒。和我去过的所有顶级米其林餐厅一样好。Arany Kaviar餐厅的每一个人都很棒!

我们在马加什教堂和城堡区这儿度过了个忙碌的早晨，在《Lonely Planet》旅行杂志上看了个关于这餐馆的推荐后，我们偶然间发现了这餐馆。这是个装饰装修得很漂亮的餐馆，但在吃过午餐后，我们觉得这地方的环境有点太过“奢侈”了，但老实说，我们真在这餐馆享用到了旅途全程中最休闲惬意和最美味的午餐之一了。餐馆的午餐套餐非常划算，而且员工们非常亲切友好，我们虽然是临时决定来这餐馆就餐，但这顿午餐真是太美味了。我们强烈推荐来这餐馆就餐。
