在曼谷吃的所以米其林壹星里最满意的壹家，从头到尾，所有的菜都超级棒，从食物到清酒，到服务，到气氛，餐厅无可挑剔。很少有餐厅能把菜和甜品做的壹样好。我们点的每壹道菜都让我们超级惊艳。个人感觉能达到三星标准。

我选择松套餐搭配酒，从前菜开始一直到最后的甜点都让人惊艳，一方面是每道菜都有浓厚的日式作工，而且运用不同的海鲜，真的非常厉害，许多菜都打破过去对食材的既定印象。二方面是维持法式餐点的精致，尤其餐酒融合，非常到位。最后，这边的服务人员都很优秀，也深具服务热忱，非常感谢他们让我有美好的一个晚上。

名不虚传。上菜的节奏控制得很好，细心的工作人员没有打扰到我们用餐。toro是我最喜欢的：它在日本和欧洲元素的影响之下保持了非常好的平衡。Peerasoi、Treerayuth和侍酒师都非常出色，他们的专业精神值得称赞。

在阿姆斯特丹的Okura餐厅，我们已经见识过了大厨Arjan Speelman的才华，最让我们好奇的是，他对曼谷这家Elements餐厅产生了怎样的影响。如前所述，它没有让我失望。实际上恰恰相反。这里的菜肴，菜肴的口味、气味，以及佐餐的葡萄酒，所有食物的品质都非常之高，我非常非常享受。同样，这里的环境也很好，没有扰人的音乐和外面传来的噪音。一切都平静而令人放松。这里的员工们训练有素、非常友好。这里绝对值得一来。而且我下次来曼谷的时候肯定还会再来这里的。

一直是懒得写点评的，哪怕是遇到很美味的餐厅，但这次例外了。elements给我们提供的精巧食物和完美用餐细节让我们度过了一个非常高雅愉快的圣诞夜晚，太感谢了。我们除了享受食物外，也观察了餐厅环境，服务，厨房工作的细节，一致觉得该餐厅太用功太专业了。就像楼下有人点评的，这样fine dinning的典范，为何只有一星？！！！

我们在元素餐厅定了包含三道菜的套餐晚餐。这是一个真正的美食体验。晚餐从开始到结束都是独特的创新,以高品质的原料为基础，又加入了法国/日本混合的概念。元素餐厅的气氛很平静,异国情调和放松;一些餐桌能看到曼谷天际线的美景。服务是真正的五星级，高效、友好，员工很了解产品。
