来吃早餐,非常棒。我度过了一个美好的早晨,这里的质量很好,有很好的选择,还有热心的工作人员。一切都一尘不染,用过的盘子立即被清除。强烈推荐它,你不能抱怨它。当我离开时我已经吃饱了,无法尝试所有的东西。非常感谢。

让我感到惊讶的是,首尔最好的餐厅是万豪酒店的自助餐。 。 。
这绝对是美味,选择是巨大的。从生鱼到寿司再到牡蛎,韩国和意大利美食,以及普通的肉类以及各种甜点和新鲜食品,应有尽有。
服务处于最佳状态,这是一个难忘的夜晚。

上周末一个小时的早餐等了40分钟,为等待客户服务的系统令人失望。接待处只标记了姓名/房间号码,并口头呼叫等候客户。很多带孩子的客人在等候时间里甚至找不到坐的地方。使用基本的在线技术,至少发短信或使用过山车寻呼机可以避免在入口前等候人群。
此外,工作人员对我们关于如何使用优惠券和停车的询问反应不一致。从这个意义上说,需要员工培训。
