今次和太太到餐厅庆祝周年纪念，因为疫情关系，我们选了在餐厅进午餐。这是一间令人感觉温暖的餐厅，环境最传统又优雅，光线充足，清洁明丽，令人非常舒服。服务生的态度非常殷切，又贴心，令我们非常满意。另外，私隐度也非常高，是一个同挚爱庆祝的好地方。食物方面，食材新鲜上乘，味道适中，可口，令人非常回味。值得推荐。

如果你期待一个高级餐厅的可以接受的体验，这是一个可以去的地方。但是若你想去寻找美食，或怀有高期待，那恐怕会令你失望。这是一间被誉为香港最好的法国餐厅，但我的感觉是，不过就是这样。没特别的餐包，不错的头盘，overcook的肉食，可以食，但不食也没有损失的甜点，合适的服务，比起香港其他高级餐厅，实在有失名气。所以，我不反对各位去尝试，但是，希望大家去之前没有太多的期望，这是一间中规中矩的餐厅，我不会批评他，但是根据我的体验，关于这餐厅的称赞都是过誉的。

喜欢餐厅的闲静之气，没有法国餐厅一贯的高不可攀。从进入餐厅的一刻已经感受得到被关注的温暖，那一份熟悉、了解让人感觉暖暖的。
多谢 Chef Boyer 每次精心度身设计的软餐单，没有固体食物的菜单不易为呀！
这天的菜单以白松露为主题，绝对的色、香、味！

香港最早期的法国餐厅，特色的是那部独立的升降机。餐厅装潢高贵优雅，服务员贴心服务。食物方面，面包非常好味，牛柳亦不错。值得一试的餐厅

如果要推荐给朋友一顿，有气氛的餐厅，我应该会推荐这家法国餐厅，这家餐厅从餐具就十分讲究，主菜好吃又到地不在话下，红酒的搭配更是一流的

是日庆祝朋友生日，知道朋友好想一试半岛酒店美食，就拣咗呢间历史悠久嘅经典法国菜餐厅来一次fine dining🤗
呢度嘅装修真系好靓! 经典嘅法国水晶灯，加上传统嘅白色烛光🕯️，再配上那罗曼蒂克嘅乐队演奏，实在太攞命🙈单系外在条件已经完胜其他法国餐厅💗💗
呢度嘅服务超好，好贴心，出入都有专人帮你拉凳同整理餐巾，又会主动关心客人嘅需要；选择食物嘅时候，我们问过不同嘅型仔captain个个都好细心解释同埋推荐美食同靓酒，非一般嘅高级餐厅可以做到㗎！试问小妹都试过唔同嘅米之莲二星级或以上的餐厅，都未试过去一间咁好咁正嘅冇星星餐厅👍🏻
食物方面，食得出材料系好靓好新鲜，同埋我想讲个龙虾汤真系冇得顶，浓郁得来温度又啱啱好，一滴都唔可以留，下次再encore😋
咁靓嘅餐厅，咁优质嘅食物，贵D都值得

为了这一天，先看了不同餐厅的餐单和评价，经过仔细的分析后，最后选了历史悠久的，位于半岛酒店的Gaddi's。香港有不少酒店，而且很多酒店中的法国餐质素也不俗的，但在港已有多年的历史大概只有这里吧。

thank you very much for your feedback and we are glad that your experience at Gaddi's was a good one.
Gaddi's open the doors to the guest the 18th December 1953 and from that moment, the restaurant became worldwide a symbol of Fine Dining and memorable experiences.
Still today, after 65 years from that day Chef Xavier and whole Gaddi's Team always try to share memorable moments with all customers.

We are so proud about our Gaddi's band... not so many restaurants anymore give the opportunity to enjoy live music every night but this is also one of the reason cause Gaddi's is different and still shares those feelings with its guests since 1953.

一早就订好座，庆祝生日。去年想定这里，但是说满座，于是我们去了顶楼。没想到，今年这一天客人并不多。
楼上很幽暗，这里相对光亮。这里是旧翼，又在低层，观景当然有分别。
餐厅有钢琴师在伴奏，餐厅布置了很多插花，我们比较喜欢这种传统的室内设计，而且整个环境比较宁静，很舒服。
我的龙虾汤非常美味，主菜是和牛，肉质很好，烹调恰到好处，二人份的和牛其实两个人完成会很撑。吃法国菜，有很多花哨的点子，让顾客有惊喜。侍应、侍酒师为我们介绍解说上桌的美食。
生日蛋糕是餐厅的心意。美味！
结帐后，我们当然是离开啦。洗手间出来，经理在楼梯口等待着，因为我们忘记了拿打好包的生日蛋糕。到了大门口，服务人员已经把我的汽车开到门口。这就是半岛的服务了。
