我们两个人连同前菜。总共点了三份餐点。
食物烹饪的很好。美味
但是食物分量不小会建议大家可以询问服务人员而点餐。
服务也良好。
环境舒适但是头顶上的艺术品灯具上明显可以看见积累的灰尘，希望你们可以改进。

一家三口到步后第一餐，餐厅员工年青有活力，我们拣了套餐，面包很美味，前菜有三文鱼他他😋😋😋，烤青椒，烤大虾😋😋😋，薯仔波，清新果汁一小枝，主菜选牛扒，伴菜有忌廉薯仔千层😋😋😋烤小红萝卜😋😋😋烤蘑菇，很饱呀！三位约$1400港币！

来新加坡旅游﹐并在圣淘沙渡过旅程的最后一晚﹐故特别拣选 SKIRT 餐厅享受一顿丰富的晚餐。
餐厅楼底高﹐再加上漂亮的灯饰和各种独特的牛头形装饰﹐突显餐厅的气派。餐厅主打牛排菜式﹐我们一行四人﹐点了肉眼扒和西冷牛排。牛排外围看似煮得有点过熟﹐但其实刚好能够把里面的肉汁锁著﹐令里面的肉质保持嫰滑﹐配上用小瓶盛载的酱汁﹐非常美味。
总括来说﹐我们对这顿晚餐感到满意。

牛排很棒 、气氛佳，人员也非常友善且专业。还遇到同样来至台湾的女侍者，还意外得到了一份免费的甜点。饭后可以在附近码头走走，非常浪漫。无论是情侣或是一群好朋友都很推荐。

这个餐馆的工作人员和食物都非常不错。我点了一个1KG的牛排，尽管很好吃但只牛排这一道菜就花了我250新加坡元。服务员推荐的红酒确实是不错的选择但是还是太贵了。食物真的很好但是出于对性价比的考虑，与其再来SKIRT，我可能还是会去像CUT餐馆或者莫尔顿牛排馆一样的其他地方。

Thank you for sharing your review. I am glad that you have enjoyed our steaks.
The pricing you are mentioning is representative of the high end of what our menu offers, our signature skirt steak is priced at $68 for 200g but depending on what steak you prefer, we also have steaks available that cost more than $200. This goes as well for our winelist, where the glass starts at $18/glass and the bottle at $90/bottle.
We hope that you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back to Skirt.

如预期所料，有一个愉快的用餐经历。食物被准备好了，而且还是热的。只有一件事我想建议，就是摆放像苹果dauphinoise等衬垫在订单侧面。还注意到果蝇围绕着桌子。度过了一个美好的夜晚。很好的服务。不错！

我在来这之前就应该知道这是一家牛排/烤肉餐厅。因为饮食原因，我们只能吃海鲜，开胃海鲜烹饪的很不错。然而，鳟鱼和鳕鱼的这道主菜定价太高，食而无味。不得不让每片鱼肉都放到龙虾汤里拌一拌，让它变得可口一点。每道菜分别花了78美元和68美元，并且鱼的尺寸大概有4厘米的一个立方体那么大。既没价值又没味道。因为我在预定的时候说了这是我老婆的生日，所以附加了一个插着蜡烛的小巧克力蛋糕。

I am sorry to read about your disappointing experience.
Although Skirt features amazing meat, we pride ourselves with our selection of seafood. I am very surprised that the 200 gram fillets of our airflown Toothfish and Rainbow Trout did not meet your expectations. We usually receive great comments about these dishes. We only buy sustainably farmed/caught seafood directly from small producers in Patagonia and Norway.
I hope that you visit us again and we can showcase to you what Skirt is all about.

唯一能拯救这条评论的就是意大利员工——Paolo先生，因为他的服务和推荐。餐馆本身应当是最好的牛排店，但是自从开业之后，就丢失了关注的重心。这里有多重肉类和海鲜。可以带小孩子来。有点失望。

我们一行三人一起来了这家餐厅，我们点了几道菜，没有点酒和前菜，一共花了近500新币，非常贵。我们点了神户牛肉，味道不错，但是也不是非常美味，只能说比大部分的牛肉要好吃些。配菜也一般，早知道我就点一份芝士通心粉了。餐厅的装潢也很不错，服务质量也一流。我对这家餐厅的期望值很高，但是来了之后觉得这里性价比不高，同样的价格可以吃到更好的东西。
