踏入2020年，仍仿佛好多事未做，在时间的安排上真的要好好检讨一下。
就在上年年中，抽了三天时间，跟太太及细囝走访了新加坡一转，快闪吃喝玩乐了几天，一直没时间提笔，近日稍微有空，是还文债的时候了。
一连三天的新加坡之旅，在时间上安排恰当，竟然仲有时间叹个具当地特色既下午茶。
今次入住了近乌节路的香格里拉酒店，大堂楼底极高，空间感强烈，室外阳光透入，加上现场有live band，予人悠闲写意的感觉。
跟香港常见的Afternoon Tea，有点不同，充满了当地风味的咸甜糕点。
榴梿海绵蛋糕底
榴梿果然是热带果王，虽然自己不是狂热份子，但都是试试，浓郁的味道在口腔萦绕徘徊，难怪令爱好者如痴如醉，海绵蛋糕质地松软，相当对办。
巴东酱三文治
辣辣地几得意，返到香港可以自己试下整。
杂莓mousse
质地滑溜，放上杂莓带点微酸，减轻了甜腻的感觉，真好。
千层蛋糕
望落有点似 Lady M 名物，但当然是说笑，其实甜度已经轻盈，而且有嚼口，个人几喜欢。
另外，有麻蓉果子、豆蓉果子及椰蓉果子，三种不同馅料的果子，甜度都几高，配返杯伯爵茶啱啱好。
三色西米糕
甜度较高，但几香滑，QQ的口感，估不到囝囝最钟意。
椰蓉糯米饭
其实几饱肚，加入了椰蓉，跟中国式的多了另类变化，很有热带风情，甜甜地夹杂了椰香，很特别。
蜂巢蛋糕
质地松软，阵阵甜香的感觉真好。
另外有碗喳咋，相当有趣，因为系香港好少见，但味道跟香港的差别不大。
就连松饼除了原味松饼外，更有当地名物班兰松饼，咬落质地松化，不错。
海南鸡饭
选用了新鲜鸡，鸡味果然不一样，皮下脂肪呈jelly形态，增添了滑溜感，蘸点的三色酱油，还是最爱黑酱油的浓郁味道，鸡油饭是粒颗分明，只是略嫌份量太少了。
叉足了电，经网上预订的私家车准时到达，真方便，又系时候飞奔「夜间动物园」( NIGHT SAFARI ) 了。

下午过得很好！食物很好，吃得很尽兴，还有蛋糕和下午茶套餐！尤其是巧克力蛋糕。嗯！现场音乐和凯利、安德鲁友好的服务也给我带来了很好的氛围和体验。谢谢你们两位的帮助和给我带来的愉悦！

这里供应的食物是正宗的，价格比我们尝试过当地街头版本要贵得多。值得一游，如果你想打动游客或朋友，但更昂贵，因为它在豪华的酒店。使用的装饰和餐具是如此的不可动摇！

我们收到一封定期的新加坡电子邮件，在最近的一封电子邮件中强调了“穿越时间的烹饪之旅”下午茶，因此我们在最近的假期进行了预订。

我经常去香格里拉大堂酒廊。服务水准不错，但还可以更好。Wendy & Yamon 绝对让服务水准好了很多，否则没什么了不起的。
食物标准已经大幅下降，而且菜单上的食物种类多年没有改变。
我在大堂酒廊用餐，点了鱼汤&当它到达时，我几乎看不到汤里的任何鱼肉，它都是泥浆&几乎没有任何切片。很失望我的饭菜，鉴于我支付的金额
