今天在Dolce Vita为我妻子过生日，不幸的是我们的预订晚了，之后还要赶电影。向服务员Jhan告知了情况，并请求他帮助加快上菜和蛋糕的速度。他在这方面帮了我很大的忙，当我们要吃完食物的时候，他非常细心地端上了蛋糕。甚至主动提出给我们拍照——这让我很开心，没什么说的了，食物也很好。

餐厅位于文华东方酒店的5楼，提供室内座位以及酒店游泳池旁的室外座位。午餐和晚餐时段开放，我们预订了晚上8点的3人晚餐，享用了丰盛的意大利美食，有Burata、Viello Tonato和几道意大利面食，所有菜肴都很正宗，精心烹制。唯一的建议是甜点可以改进，提拉米苏和柠檬馅饼可以再做得好吃点儿。

Dolce Vita是一家非常火的意大利餐厅。我会把它列为昂贵的餐厅，但是食物和服务都很好。服务非常周到。我对这种食物唯一的评价是，除了好吃没别的。我觉得牛犊肉的外层太厚了，破坏了牛肉的味道。

这个很棒的意大利餐馆提供很酷的糖果和冰淇淋。这家餐馆靠近滨海湾金沙酒店。这里的环境很干净，并且冰淇淋十分的好吃。不足之处是他们没有很多品种的冰淇淋。这里100%值得参观。

尽管已经事前预约了位置，但实际上我们就坐在室内被空调冷风吹着......然而，在穿过玻璃门，在水池边上就有一张两人的空桌子......在我们整个用餐过程中这张桌子就一直空着，我们却被告知它是已经被预订好的。服务断断续续的，服务员都因为大量的订单而忙碌。餐前菜很棒。前菜也很棒。主菜就不行，我点的菜太糟糕了。夫人吃了一盘奇怪的虾仁意大利面。不好也不坏。我点的菜从账单中被划掉了。难以下咽的羊肉肉酱宽面。要去的话请三思。

我们在出发去机场前在这家餐厅吃的饭，食物很好吃，员工都很周到细致。我们选择了一张在室外的桌位，但是因为桌位就在游泳池旁边，所以可能有点吵。这对我们来说不是什么问题，但是可能不适合所有人。

我之所以选择这家餐厅帮我妻子庆生是因为这里供应无麸质料理。去之前并不清楚该对它抱有什么样的期待，因为这家餐厅位于酒店泳池旁，（氛围）似乎有点悠闲。但是餐厅食物以及体贴的员工让我们很是震撼。首先，我妻子点的无麸质前菜和主菜比我点的东西品质要好。毫无疑问这是我们第一次碰到这样的情况。餐厅经理很善于向顾客解释餐厅各种各样的料理。他们还提供自制的改良版新加坡司令（ Singapore Sling ）鸡尾酒，很是好喝。除此之外，还能在这看到优美的滨海金沙酒店美景以及精彩的激光秀。在La Dolce Vita餐厅度过完美的夜晚时光。太棒了。

这家餐馆是一次很棒的经历。工作人员非常友好。我们选择了三道菜的晚餐菜单，都是慢炖牛肉为主菜。第一道菜是非常美味的布拉塔芝士，看起来和尝起来都很棒。主菜牛肉非常嫩，入口即化。最后的提拉米苏也很美味，是围绕着摩卡冰糕形成的。我们的桌子在外面，比起有空调的房间，我们更喜欢它。
