我们喜欢这家餐厅的美味烧烤食品。份量也很慷慨。饮料非常强烈。唯一的缺点是我们是整个餐厅中唯一的两个人，服务员并没有太在意我们，所以我认为服务可以改善。

汉堡没事，但所有订单都不正确。墨西哥玉米片错了。汉堡错了。水和啤酒花了大约20分钟才出来。我订购的每一瓶啤酒都没有。一个服务员共6张桌子，共25人。不要来这里

Thank you for taking the time to write about us, terrible reviews like yours help us improve. thank you for writing your review in English as well, more people can see our response that way :)
We already apologize to you last night and we will do it again here. We are very sorry and we explained to you what happened already. Yes your drinks took longer than they should and yes our draft was unavailable at that moment and yes there was a misunderstanding with the Gouda cheese you didn't want. (Waiter and kitchen assumed you didn't want any cheese in your nachos)
What we dont understand is why you didn't tell anything until you finished your WHOLE meal and you denied to pay for the nachos you ate. (We were gonna give you a discount of course). When I spoke to you you were so angry I couldn't talk much, please understand you were absolutely right, but with a different attitude your experience would have changed, greatly.
Juan José was the only waiter from 3 to 7pm (completely normal) , at 7pm we were 3 waiting staff and 3 kitchen staff. You had that impression because you were there before 7 and he was alone with your table and 2 more tables, for like 5min... Because I arrived 10min before 7. So he wasn't the only waiter. There was one more person helping and one more bartender... Also helping.
As you mentioned burgers were ok, that's why it's shocking to get a 1star qualification. And as you can see in our reviews most people love our place, so yes, do come to Fuego everyone :)
We will keep on working hard, and something like this won't happen again.
