😀阿勇河漂流一路可以遇到河畔很多有趣的建筑，其中一个竹屋印象最深刻，好几个形似鸟巢的小房子排列在一起十分有趣。
😀打听之后发现是一家餐厅，名叫Kubu，在当地话意思是水稻梯田里的竹制小屋子，主打当地菜，但是做成了fine dinging的形式。
😀在这家餐厅吃饭，感觉自己像只回巢的小鸟，在窝里觅食。餐厅食材理念是讲究可持续性利用，几乎都采用巴厘岛当地的食材，减少运输带来的二氧化碳，这是主厨EKA SUNARYA的理念，源于小的时候他的母亲喜欢这样做。
😀菜单也十分讲究，每一道菜都在地图上标志出它的产地，等餐的过程中服务员还会分享食物背后的小故事。
😀先来一杯用巴厘岛当地的雪梅发酵成的雪梅汁，十分开胃，来自于巴厘岛北部当地的吞拿鱼，搭配腌制过的哈密瓜，有冰沙的口感，如此热的天气，吃这种前菜真的很解暑。
😀蘑菇蒸蛋搭配松子，酥香入口，回味无穷。还有一道用5种当地豆子混合制成的豆豆宴，主厨想给大家分享巴厘岛当地食材的多样性。
😀最后一道甜品，是一个小鸟巢设计感的竹篮子，和鸟巢餐位造型呼应，超萌。#旅行灵感日历

之前来过乌布 甚至觉得整个巴厘岛没有好吃的东西。这次来完全颠覆味蕾，每道菜都好吃，所有菜斗吃干净了。体验最好的一家餐厅。环境很别致，酒店李，鸟笼河景，服务也很好，价格也合理。

在阿勇河边上，用餐环境优美，牛排酱汁比较咸，鳕鱼吃到刺卡了喉咙，主厨特地送上甜点致歉，味道算是一般吧！

这餐厅真的神秘又隐闭,当你到了餐厅门口,不是职员马上带你入坐,而是先坐上高尔夫球车,穿梭高山低谷,才正式到达Kubu at Mandapa.
Kubu at Mandapa主要吃地中海菜,每一碟也精口细致,难得来到,就来个wine pairing吧!
这晚,无论环境,服务,食物也相当高水准,但可惜wine pairing的酒也点逊色吧!
其实食物是match 原来的葡萄酒的,只可惜葡萄酒应该开了一段长时间才这样,如果我们遇着岩timing的美酒,相信整件是也不一样了.

我们到这里来庆祝结婚周年纪念日。我们订了一个独立的茧房，很漂亮。我们的服务员(我记得是阿伦)非常棒，也很细心。我们请厨师为我们准备了素食菜单，虽然准备时间有些长，但是菜式还是很多，而且口味也令人垂涎。我们吃得非常饱。

我们在这里有过一段最棒的经历。我们是素食者，有复杂的饮食限制。但这家餐馆的主厨真的做得太好了！餐馆的氛围很好，周围能看到优美的景色，还能听到Ayung河的流水声！整体而言，我绝对会推荐这家餐馆！

我们度蜜月的时候去了那里，在那个可以俯瞰河流的奇妙地方，我们享受着美食和葡萄酒。这里的服务很完美，一直有着友好和周到的服务。每道菜都非常棒，我们甚至惊讶地发现，为了给我们庆祝蜜月，还额外赠送了一块巧克力蛋糕。唯一的遗憾是酒质量很差，和菜肴不相配，这让我们觉得有一点扫兴。但是其他的一切都很棒，我们玩得很开心，不过要是没有点葡萄酒就更好了!

除了神户牛肉，别的菜不怎么适合中国人口味，鉴于价格较高，不建议中国口味的人来试错。巧克力熔岩蛋糕可能有些人会喜欢，但是太甜太甜了，不过他们的茶很不错。

We are sad to know you found our flavors not suitable for you and since we take the feedback from our guests very seriously and we are always available to do any adjustment, we are sorry that you did not share your feedback with us when dining at Kubu in order to allow us to have a chance to make your dinner more enjoyable.

环境安静的一流餐厅。菜特别好吃。完美的服务。我来过好几次，每次都是很好的体验。菜虽然没有Mozaic的好，但总体用餐体验还是非常优秀的。我给管理层的唯一建议是提升葡萄酒的搭配。普罗塞科可能很流行，但它不是一款很好的葡萄酒。从来不是，将来也不是。我们在的那晚他们的油甘鱼卖光了，换上了金枪鱼。很不错的鱼，但更肥，减少了香味，也破坏了葡萄酒的味道。对虾配黑皮诺？疯狂的员工。不管怎样，这里始终都棒极了。但和斟酒服务员聊了聊，这次不同步了。
