我去乌布的Blanco Par Mandif过生日。我对餐馆的服务很满意。总的来说，这个地方是一流的，我能感受到厨师们对他们的工作及其富有热情。每顿饭都是惊喜，也是美味的一餐！每盘餐品的摆盘都很漂亮，这让我都不舍得吃它们了。菜肴主要是印尼融合。我们喜欢他们的章鱼和鸭肉！餐馆的甜点非常特别，有一些传统的印尼甜点。这是我们在乌布吃的最好吃的一顿饭。十分值得！餐馆的位置就在乌布的中心，有着令人叹为观止的景色。

我和我的搭档都喜欢这九道菜的菜单，这是一次非凡的体验。这家餐厅的食物很特别，食物质量很好，摆盘很漂亮。我们喜欢餐厅使用当地的农产品，曼迪夫每天都会去市场采购原料。我们来谈谈这里的饮品吧。和食物一样，在食物端上来之前，酒侍和调酒师会向我们介绍每一种饮品。所有的鸡尾酒和葡萄酒都很美味，清新，不过于复杂，与所有的菜肴搭配得很好。我们愿意向所有人推荐这个地方。这家餐厅的特点是质量和风格。我们迫不及待地想下次再来这家餐厅。

我是个美食家。我吃过世界上1/2以上最好的餐馆和许多米其林星级餐馆。我必须将这家餐馆添加到美食列表中。食物很棒：鸭子可能是我吃过的最好的，海胆-南瓜组合是我吃过的最不寻常的美味食物之一。剩下的食物和鸡尾酒也很棒。至于工作人员，我没有足够的溢美之词去描述他们。这是一次很好的用餐体验，希望能在那里度过更多的愉快时光。尽情享受吧！！！

餐厅位置很好，位于乌布桥附近。这里的员工努力工作、专业而且乐于助人，餐厅经理也很尽职尽责。但服务仍然不太协调，虽然有很多服务员来来回回，但搞不清楚到底谁在做什么工作。他们像是按照教科书的指令进行服务，但巴厘岛应该是用心服务的地方。服务员对于葡萄酒知识了解甚少，而且缺乏灵活性。1/3的食物非常好，1/3只是一般，另外1/3算不上精致。厨师根本没有露面。大多数服务员的英语很差，所以你几乎不知道你吃得是什么。

Though we're a bit disagree with your comment regarding our service is not from the heart, but still it saddened us to hear because we did not hit the mark.
There's nothing else matter more than our customer satisfaction and we're very much aware of that.
English is not our native language but we are pretty sure that our staff are not that poor in English as you mentioned.
We have some trainees at our restaurant and most of them are not from Bali (mostly from non tourism place) but they are here to learn and we encourage and support them always in training for their future profession and we are here like a family.
Regarding to the food, we are not really sure which ones that you were talking about and we wish you could have told us more during our conversation when I personally asking you about your dinner.
Should you gave us your feedback on that time probably we could have done something for you and get more understanding which fine dining level that you expected. However you still could drop us an email so we can learn your case further.
Well, we thank you for your feedback, definitely we will work harder to do better in the future.

这是巴厘岛最棒的餐厅之一，我们品尝了九道菜，在吃完所有的小吃和甜点之后，更像是吃了14-15种菜，菜品规格相当标准，但以普通人的饭量，我们很难吃完所有的菜。菜量应该少于九道菜的量，因为我们觉得七道菜的量就刚刚好。

从食物，菜相到服务，一切都做得非常好。完美的美食家体验。要知道这9道菜大约需要4个小时来做，所以要相应地计划。这里的气氛很沉闷，不适合大声交谈。推荐的饮料搭配非常好。
