这里的食物色香味俱全，味道都很正宗，量也很足，特别是干炒牛河，比再广州吃的还要好٩(•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑)ᵒᵏᵎᵎᵎᵎ
环境干净卫生也很安静，Alice 服务非常好，下次来马来西亚还会再来这里！

吃了几次 总结下：
扬州炒饭 - 味道很淡 也不够香
避风塘炒米粉 - 厨师忘记放避风塘 风味的调料，还要我提醒。 你说说，5星酒店餐厅的素质呢？
樱花虾炒饭 -味道很腻 带子给很少
芋角 - 内陷不好吃
烧鸡 - 很咸
北京鸭 - 肉用来炒的饭 没有香味 只有油腻感
三杯鸡- 鸡肉不入味
唯一觉得不错的是 海参豆腐煲， 还就就是炒饭用的蝦 是大只的，问题是给的这个价钱 正常吧。

Shang Palace餐厅在香格里拉大酒店，哇，我觉得我们就像是在一部邦德电影里，时尚而富丽堂皇，真的很可爱。这里的食物很好吃，价格也不贵。全方位的特殊体验。

周二来这吃点心充当午餐。我们不确定点什么，但我们很感谢工作人员很乐于助人，给我们推荐了一些。食物还可以，但对于奢侈酒店来说没有特色。但我不会因此就打低分！也许会回来试试别的菜～

香宫餐馆装修非常漂亮，菜品丰富多样，令人兴奋，但是服务却令人失望。我们的第一道菜是大虾，做得非常完美，但是主菜等了45分钟才上桌，菜已经不热了。也许这家餐馆需要更多的服务员当班。

我们一行人决定就在我们所住的酒店吃饭，然后选中了这家餐厅。这家餐厅的中国菜很正宗，很好吃。餐厅的服务也很周到。但是酒饮方面不是很好，我们本来想点威士忌的，但是餐厅没有。也没有其他我们想要的酒，因为服务员告诉我们已经脱销了。

在我看来，Shang Palace是吉隆坡五星级酒店当中，最棒的中餐厅之一。菜品丰富，充满选择性，总有一款适合你的选择。这里环境优美，风格很可爱。但是，员工才是这家如此优秀的企业的骄傲。作为一名常客，他们总能记住我喜欢的食物，竭尽全力的为我提供最棒的用餐体验和用餐环境。在此我要特别提及Lai Ying和Sim，他们今晚为我提供了非常个性化并且优秀的服务。

2018年10月7日大概上午10:45的时候，我带着我英国的朋友和他的家人来到了这家餐厅。我们点了几道点心，但是很遗憾服务员说有一些菜品，比如香煎萝卜糕只在上午11点之后提供。在大概上午11:30的时候，我们点了一盘面条。等了25分钟，也没有上菜。告诉我们说主厨仍然在准备菜品。因为我们赶时间参加下一个活动，所以我们取消了这道菜，我对这家店的糟糕的服务感觉很差。我想要问一下管理人员1）为什么餐厅已经营业了，但是有些点心却不能做？2）为什么我们点的面条一直没上菜？这里糟糕的服务达不到餐厅的标准，更不符合香格里拉的标准。
