Our bakery, La boulangerie artisanale La mie bretonne, produces during the night, over thirty choices of breads made with Quebec flour, kneaded, shaped and cooked according to traditional methods of the French bakery. You can choose from white bread, specialty breads, Mediterranean breads, sourdough breads, traditional buns and more. There are also several pastries, macaroons, sandwiches, pizzas, espresso, cheeses and delicatessens from France and Quebec.
