We are sorry to hear that your visit with us wasn't up to our standards. We are glad the staff were the Bella part of the meal but are sorry that the rest wasn't what we would expect.
Hygiene is something we pride ourselves on at Bella and we are sorry to hear that this wasn't up to scratch.
We source all our ingredients from the heart of Italy, from family run producers and our recipes are traditional treasures passed down and lovingly crafted from our Exec, Chef, Vittorio. All of our dishes should be Bella than the rest and reflect this quality and we are sorry that seemed to skip your meal!

服务很慢很普通的,但是很不错的开始。 不管是普通的开胃菜蒜香面包和无麸质菜单上热气腾腾的很好吃。
披萨从主菜单也很好。
我无谷蛋白的意大利面是一场灾难。 几乎是一个赤裸裸的原始脆脆的困在我的牙齿。 太卑鄙了。 当我把这个告诉他只简单地说这就是我们的服务员不含麸质的意大利面的味道。 我想建议去这个地方的管理这不是那种不含麸质的意大利面味道和应如何发送你的厨师会推荐你去隔壁的prezzo那里有烹饪美味的无麸质的意大利面就到很好的艺术。

Here at Bella we are very proud of our new gluten free, vegan and vegetarian dishes, lovingly crafted from the heart of Italy and our Executive Chef, Vittorio. So we are very disappointed to hear this didn't live up to the authentically delicious standard that we would expect.

太可怕了,以后可能不会再来。 煮过头了点烧焦了的食品不是很好,给了顿! 缺乏想象力的菜肴和演示文稿的价格过高。 尤其是在厨房供应/地方很脏,地板上散落着一些零碎的东西刚刚离开把食物放在地板上。 非常令人失望,不要来这个地方!

我们去的时候是今天的午餐。 犯了个大错误! 食物很差并且也不便宜。 女服务员看到我努力把我的给了我一个鸡肉和牛排的刀! 我们等了45分钟才到这家酒店了,这次我们饿了。 我吃了一点硬的鸡肉的但就把它扔了。 服务员很好但是食物和等待的时间真是太糟糕了!

服务太差了,长时间等待点餐的。 我的儿子,一个工人exTGI周五,不得不去并突出显示我们已经等待多长时间。 这个地方的人不是很多。 看着一个服务员的忽略了你这就不好玩了。

首先服务生很痛苦的几乎听不见她说的一句话,我们要求把2单独的账单有2家庭,我们点了食物和一个很多开胃菜出来,我们已经全部完成了我们的第一道菜之前有另一半出来。 其中一个孩子点了大蒜面包和干酪是平着端上来,我们告诉一个男服务员和他走进厨房去拿回来的时候有另一个,也是很普通的! 我们叫他过来再告诉他和他的回复都是'好你去看一下你是否可以品尝奶酪的味道? We are so happy you chose to spend Father's Day with us but are sorry to hear this wasn't the family fun filled one we would have hoped it would be.
We are sorry to hear that the Bella charm was missing during your visit.
Our food should be Bella than the rest and this clearly wasn't the case during your visit. Our ingredients are authentically sourced from the heart of Italy and home-made daily the way Mama used to make so we are sorry to hear that your dishes were missing this Bella quality. Our cured meats, including our bacon are of the highest quality but clearly this piece slipped through our kitchen standards. We will be feeding this back to Area Manager who will be looking into what went wrong in the kitchen that night and ensure that our Bella quality is being met.
We are happy that our staff did what they could to sort this on the night but we would like to pick this up with you further. So we can do so can you please email, social@bellaitalia.co.uk
