不知怎么的,我爱上了这个地方,也许因为我能够在这里彻底的享受我的假期,还有我的家人在这里从来没有缺少乐趣。我的孩子们喜欢这个地方,从来不会叫我带他们出去玩。这里有一切,从来不需要出去。谢谢这里的管理人员,尤其要感谢经理Sridhar。我三年前第一次住在这儿,有很多的抱怨,当我把这个反映给酒店的时候,他们用正确的态度来对待了,并且及时的改正了。甚至我还收到反馈说这些被改正了,当我再次住的时候,发现住在那里真的是一段不错的经历。所以从那以后,我一直都住在那里享受我的假期。

我们上周待了两天之后,离开了Yercaud,感受很复杂。
第一天 -入住很顺利。最好是网上预订,20%的折扣是一个很好的选择,而不是昂贵的选择直接预订,不知为什么我们觉得前台沟通很困难——他们没有通知我们免费足部按摩。阳台上的吊床不见了,房间的地板不是很干净。我们不得不两次反应这个情况。
第二天 -热水不是可用的。问了前台三次但他们没有解释为什么热水不可用。早餐很好,我们吃的很不错。
第三天 -热水可用但这次早餐很混乱。它管理不到位,尽管时间已经大约8.20点。很少有物品准备好,没有人来叫我们吃早餐。
除了景色,关于Yercaud没什么特别。酒店的景色很不错,让我们忘记面临的所有小问题。温泉也很好。房间里的家具看起来有点旧。同时如果他们提供蚊帐会更有帮助,这样可以晚上可以保持房间敞开。总的来说,我觉得是一次一般的经历。

这里很适合来过周末。在Yercaud没有很多可玩的,因此大部分的人会呆在度假村里面。好天气弥补了一切。食物不错,服务员很真诚。由于是夏季,所以人非常多,会出现服务员不够的状态。仅次于餐厅,房间服务的时间也很长。SPA-不值得一提,真的不值他们收的费用。又小又简略,因此如果你喜欢平和安静的话,周围喧闹的人群会叫的你不得安宁。短住还行。非常值得开车上山,看看周围美丽的自然风景。

我们订这家酒店,是因为它在到到网上排名第二位。但是我觉得这家酒店挺糟糕的。
办理入住手续还算顺利,房间干净,但是需要通风,而且窗户里面进来了很多蚊子,泳池很大,而且还有专门的儿童泳池,风景恨不错,而且坐的地方很多,随时随地都可以坐下来欣赏风景,我们定了烤肉,但是催了N多次,也没到。
我们租车出去玩。这儿有很多玩的,打羽毛球,曲棍球都行。室内的有乒乓球,象棋等。这儿也有专门给儿童准备的玩耍的地方。食物很好,但是服务有待提高。我们用了房间服务,告诉服务员7点给我们送七个盘子,送来之后我们又需要两个,结果等了10分钟,喝点热水催了三次。
酒店可能住的客人比较多,但是即使如此,服务也不能放松啊。我有天晚上想给孩子要杯奶昔,然后我去了餐厅,他们告诉我去泳池旁边的餐吧,我到了那儿,他们又让我去餐厅,这些小事情很多,弄得我很不爽。spa服务还可以吧。
员工很好,特别提醒: Mr. kartik给我们提供了很多帮助。
我们不会再去了,也不推荐给大家。不值这个价。
