The Inn is just a short distance to the Village square and all the many dining and retail outlets as well as a variety of attractions and activities. Oh dear, we're sorry to hear that you were placed in one of our pet friendly rooms, the Inn is the only property that offers pet friendly options aside from the Westin Trillium House. We might suggest a Village property in future.
Thank you for this feedback, we're disappointed to see that you were adversely affected by some spring dance groups visiting the resort for competitions. The dancers are very excited about being at the resort and participating in these events, to showcase their talents. Occasionally, they can become boisterous and loud, and it is unfortunate that parents aren't cognizant of how this might adversely affect guests of the resort, who are not participating in these events. Please feel free to make requests with our reservation specialists for a quiet location, should you be booking with us again. We are happy to take requests and do out utmost to meet them based on availability.

Thank you for posting this review and sharing your recent experience while visiting the Blue Mountain Inn at Blue Mountain Resort, we regret you were disappointed with some aspects of the room and appreciate you letting us know. The Inn enjoyed an extensive refurbishment in late 2012 and is in the early planning stages of further upgrades and modifications and we hope we will be able to welcome you back in the future!
