套房入住，结果房间只和如家一间半标房大小一样。卧房窗台嵌入式空调，入住第二天下午带孩子们回到房间休息，空调隔板突然掉下来，巨响，吓了一家子一跳！卫生间面盆龙头冷热水管均开的情况下，水流象粗吸管！用了两次的洗面奶不见了，自带未开瓶的农夫山泉因与酒店同款被当作酒店已配！收拾过的房间的大浴巾没放浴巾架上，且摸上去是潮潮的，虽然叠好放在浴缸龙头旁，但不知是否是我之前用过的！因为用了两块大浴巾，而浴巾架上只有一块，是干燥的，而不知道为什么另外一快不放浴巾架，浴巾架上那块旁边空着什么也不放，且是潮潮的！颇为费解。

客房非常舒适，可选择的活动多元，前枱服务员都可以中、英语对答沟通上没问题。唯一希望酒店方面可以善意提醒住客到大浴场入浴前认真点清洗，因为今次见有台湾（由他们谈话知道，请不要提政治！）住客父子入浴前洗澡真不太认真，没洗头，随便冲洗便到温泉。

酒店有免费八户站的接驳巴士，需提前预约，不要错过时间点。西楼的房间住的日式榻榻米，有脚部按摩机。东楼的房间时尚布置，有全身按摩椅。基本能想到的设施都有了，但是客房打扫只给了日常换洗的用品和毛巾，没有进屋打扫，听说不打扫还有奖励，没有享受到。活动和餐食都要提前预约，我们这次人多，还分批进行了，有点不尽兴。冬天的美已经感受到，有机会来体验春秋景色。希望给入住过的客人有再次入住的优惠，价格还是偏高的。

提供接驳车服务方便，有会说中文的柜台人员，服务人员皆亲切有礼，英文也好。冰瀑之汤很美，提供冰棒。房内宽敞舒适，提供脚步按摩机。大厅提供茶水咖啡，两个大厅暖炉休息区舒适，晚上则有bar。可报名参加活动，还有spa，是个可待多天的地方。早晚餐都好吃，早餐甜点的种类多的像是下午茶。
