我定的是五星酒店的海景房！
房间超级无敌湿！床榻也全是湿的！一钻被窝一身水的感觉…衣服在上家酒店的时候全是干的、我们2pm到的、3pm进屋、晚上我跟我妈溜达回来、就发现箱子里的衣服就全湿了…
海景房看不到海滩…全被对面的顶层小酒吧挡住了…拍照先拍到对面酒吧…不知道的以为我在偷拍呢…
来的时候电梯还是坏的、第二天才好！接待小姐姐带我妈爬了3层楼！我今年34岁…你们想想我妈爬上去多累…但没有别的option提供！
退房沿路看到很多男性服务员、眼看着我们俩拎了两个大箱子…也不闻不问…扭头闪开…远没有这两天看他们对白皮人群的热情和善意～
早餐没有上一家四星的丰富…环境也不如…甚至服务都打折…所以五星在哪儿了…
这家真的blacklisted了…
我于2024年8 月17号同家人到泰国旅行。这期间受到服务员Nickky热情服务表示感谢。回到中国后我一定把泰国人民对中国人民深情厚意和Nickky对我们家人照顾告知亲朋好友。下次在来泰国一定还找nickky在此也代表家人向酒店全体工作人员表示衷心谢谢！
