优点:游泳池和风景都很好，房间也很干净。缺点：客房服务把我们的房间外的东西晾了4天，直到鸟儿们飞下来，在盘子上吃起剩余的食物。只有在我们又点了更多的客房服务之后，我们的旧盘子才被收走了。但是这次也是一样，直到两天之后这些盘子还在我们的房间门口。通往海滩度假胜地的人行道确真的需要做些工作了，因为它相当危险。有不平整的台阶和破碎的玻璃瓶。

Thank you for staying with us and for having shared your feedback via Tripadvisor. With regard to Room Service plates , it is unusual and surely not our standard.I have addressed and given instruction the concerned team for immediate improvement.
The walkway to the beach, we do cleaning regularly, however to rearrange and change something major we need to obtain approval from authority as it is the public areas.
Thank you for mentioning about lovely view and clean room. Despite something may not meet your expectation, we hope you will afford us further by choosing to stay again in the future. That will allow us to demonstrate improvements.

这是我们第一个没有孩子的假期。自助早餐很棒，工作人员也很可爱。我们住在一个很漂亮的泳池别墅，可以俯瞰大海。唯一的问题是，每次我们想去大厅时，我们都得叫车，因为那里有很多山丘。如果你不习惯在30度以上的高温去爬上山坡，那我们是不推荐的，除此之外，那是一个风景优美的地方。

Even we are on the hilly side, but as you mentioned, we have a shuttle bus (Tuk Tuk) to bring you up and down.In fact many people enjoy walking / seeing fantastic views from most of the angle around a Resort.

这家酒店不值四星级。我们8年前就在这里住宿过，他们只是把一些别墅重新粉刷了一下。餐厅标准很差，显然从那以后就没有升级过。

Thank you for staying with us and for having shared your feedback. I'm sorry reading that a stay was fell short of your expectation. Actually the exterior painting had been done for all Villas and currently we are doing interior painting include other necessary preventive maintenance one by one. I can ensured you that we do our utmost to maintain its best condition.
Despite a recent stay may not meet your expectations , we hope you will afford us further by choosing to stay again in the future.
That will allow us to demonstrate improvements.

厕所很可怕，修好后马上就堵了。工作人员说不能在里面扔任何卫生纸，但仍然被堵住。厕所里没有写“不能往厕所里扔卫生纸”的牌子！！！！

这个地方的一切都很好，工作人员，别墅，风景，食物，游泳池，温泉和花园。我们度过了有史以来最轻松的假期。我们住了16个晚上，我从来没有两次吃过同样的东西，真是太棒了。自助早餐棒极了，你可以尽情享用，选择是无止境的。从度假胜地到卡隆和普吉每天有两班班车，数量非常少。或者你可以打车去任何你想去的地方，价格很优惠。酒店里有很多流程，但这不会打扰你，因为你只需打电话给接待处，他们几分钟内就来接你了。我们很印象深刻，在我们还在的时候订了明年的房间。我们等不及要回来了。
