Thank you very much for your valuable comments.
During peak congestion periods, such as the sightseeing season in the summer, the rates will be higher. July 21 that you stayed on was in the most high season in Biei Town. The fare in the case of use by 2 people with breakfast and dinner will be 17,000 yen per person and the fare by 4 people will be 12,000 yen per person.
The dinner at the dining room of the main building had been almost fully booked by many tourists from China and some Japanese families on that day. We would like the customers staying in high-grade rooms to enjoy their dinner in quiet and comfortable atmosphere, so we asked the restaurant on-site “Blanc Rouge” to provide a table for you. However we are sorry that you felt uncomfortable with such our correspondence.
Although we would like to refrain from making comments about the dishes and the atmosphere of the restaurant because the management of the restaurant “Blanc Rouge” is different from our hotel “Potato Village," we often hear from a lot of our guests that they are satisfied with the meals and spending a good time in the relaxing home atmosphere.
Also, on that day, we had three staffs for English speakers and three staffs for Mandarin speakers at our hotel. We are sorry that we couldn’t help you when you needed help at the restaurant.
Those comments we received will be used as our important references and we will step up our efforts to meet our guests’ needs all the more.

客人一家大小三人入住它们的独立小屋。客人反映可能是7月份， 一出门口有好多昆虫 及蜘蛛，晚上出面没有街灯，颇为黑的。 重点是屋内有几多大蚂蚁，他们也打死了好几只。同间小屋有点残旧。

您好，這裡是美瑛ポテトの丘，感謝您的光顧。
以下針對客人的評論進行回覆：
關於蟲的問題，由於民宿位於山上，以充滿大自然為主要特色，依氣候的變化，有時螞蟻的量會有些多，導致螞蟻跑進屋內，我們也是感到萬般無奈…為了改善此問題，我們將會在小屋周圍放置更多的螞蟻藥，以達成驅蟲的效果。
接下來是關於街燈的問題，夜晚的街燈會使蟲因趨光性而聚集在屋外，況且街燈會影響附近農作物的生長，為了維護美麗的環境，請客人見諒。在小屋入口有設置照明，會努力改善夜晚戶外太過黑暗等問題。

这次来访北海道，选择biei potato no oka住宿，里面的员工都很亲切，食物也都是用当地食材及精心料理非常好吃（非常建议订购一泊二食），住宿环境也都维持的很干净，是个另人相当推荐也值回票价的住宿。

冬天的雪地健走实在太好玩了，超级推荐这间民宿的这个活动!! 员工会带你走一段野外雪地，大约2个小时，并会解说沿途上的风景与自然，我们还看到两只狐狸在远处蹦蹦跳跳，很难得的体验! 虽然可能会有滑倒的机会，但那就是滑雪必经的体验囉。民宿员工和老板都很热情和善，提供的食物都是每天调配不同菜色并使用当地食材，非常的新鲜与美味。来这里，建议租一台车，就可以好好享受美瑛和富良野广大的乡村风光了!!

I am glad that you saw a fox on snow during our cross country skiing tour. And, it is a very good idea to rent a car to drive around this area. However, it is very dangerous driving on snow during winter. I recommend you to take JR train in winter. Our driver will pick you up at the station. If you stay here two nights, you can enjoy cross country skiing tour twice !! Anyways, Thank you very much for staying and please come back again!!

因为中意北海道冬天的雪景，我和朋友俩家人选择了距离旭川不远的美瑛，美瑛的住宿设施很多，时间短的游客喜欢住在车站附近，我地今次系家庭出游，喜欢纯粹的，最好是包吃住的，所以找旅馆比较费心思。我是通过孤独星球看到这家旅馆的，预定了三个晚上。孤独星球推荐的一般都比较符合实际，也符合理性旅游者选择住宿。因为北海道天黑比较早，１６点左右天就黑了，所以我打电话确认抵达旅馆的交通，回答说有到车站接，很高兴。我的计画是坐飞机到札幌新千岁机场，然后直接坐JR铁路换乘到美瑛。因为冬天的北海道经常有大雪，飞机晚点是经常的事情，不幸我也碰上了。所以抵达美瑛已经是晚上七点多了。还好，一出美瑛车站，土豆之丘的服务员就开车来接了。旅馆距离美瑛镇上有点距离，这是我要的乡下。抵达时候，主人家先让我们吃晚饭，吃了再办理住宿登记，晚餐萨拉、鸡排、汤、饭搭配，可口营养，大米饭很香，土豆等是这里生产的，很适合追求健康饮食的我们。我们住的是主楼的和室，室内干净温馨，带暖气设备，有独立的卫生间和带花洒的浴缸，自助铺床，刚好可以教教孩子铺床，这天很累，第一个晚上休息很好。第二天８点的早餐（晚餐是１８：３０），用餐时间虽然固定，有点早，关键是在这里度假玩耍，按时吃饭符合健康，这适合最求健康的旅游者；早餐有炒鸡蛋、香肠、土豆、沙拉，牛奶、咖啡、面包、麦片自助任意取吃，种类虽然不多，但是搭配很好，已经足够营养，吃饱也是没有问题的。中午餐不包，但是有饭团和煮鸡蛋提供，才３５０日元，也可以吃饱了，关键是早晚已经够丰盛了，午餐随意即可了。午餐后是我和孩子们期望的越野滑雪，主人家在预定时候就询问我们的尺码，所以滑雪板、越野滑雪鞋、雪杖等早准备好了。主人家有２个人带着，听说这里的田地都是私有领地不能进入，这家能带着的越野滑雪是不错的选择。朋友家都没有滑过雪，我还担心他们在野外滑雪遇到麻烦，我的担心是多余的，不会滑雪的也可以很好玩。果然好玩，进入雪地都是田地和树林，还有野兔的脚印，这里的雪都是粉状雪，雪白雪白，东北的雪没有这么好。这里人少，大片的雪地和被雪地淹没的树林，风景美极了，大家玩得很开心，这是在滑雪场体验不到的，两千多日元全包的滑雪费用真是值得。如果是家庭度假和小住，建议来这里。
