Thank you very much for giving your feedback to your recent stay in our hotel. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.
I would like to use this opportunity to give you some additional information about our hotel.
If our guests request some plates, glasses or another utensils, me and my staff are always ready to provide them with pleasure, as we do not have this kind of amenities in our rooms. Our hotel is a 2-Star chain hotel with defined standards on amenities.
Our breakfast is a self service buffet breakfast like in most of the hotels. But non of our guest has to put away their plates. Most of our guest bring their plates themselves to the trolley, which is thought for use of my breakfast staff.
As i wrote you on another platform, the City Taxes (CHF2.90 per person/night) are defined from the local government of Lucerne. The hotels collect these Taxes from each guest and forward it to the local government. The government provides free ticket for the local transportation for this cost.
Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. I hope you haven't lost the trust you've shown in our organization and you will give us an opportunity to serve you better in the future.
