房间很小,工作空间很狭小,没有茶或咖啡的设施,也没有冰箱。无线网用起来断断续续,偶尔会感染病毒。甚至无法处理电子邮件。

Thank you for your feedback.

We are sorry to hear of the issues which you experienced and regret that you had not made us aware during your stay, so that we may have had these addressed and made your time with us more comfortable.

Although our rooms are larger than what is normal for Brussels, we do offer rooms of different categories and are always available to assist in finding one which perfectly suits your requirements.

Also, while we do not have tea making facilities in the rooms, we do propose coffee, tea and hot chocolate at the Coffee Corner by reception.

Thank you for notifying us of the difficulties you experienced at check-in and with our room service team, as it is an opportunity for us to question ourselves and to look for ways to improve. We will inquire after our Reception team as to who was working at the time and will speak to them regarding this. We regret that your room did not meet your expectations. Please do not hesitate to inform our team of such issues during your stay so that they can take the appropriate actions or even relocate you to a more comfortable room, depending upon availability. We do try very hard to keep our prices competitive and apologise that you were not satisfied.

Despite the bitter experience, we hope to heave the opportunity to provide you with a better stay in the future.

入住的时候,房间的温度是27度,而且必须从必须从前台拿个遥控器才能打开空调。直到凌晨1点,房间的温度才低下来,我们才可以入睡。床的附近没有电源插座,浴缸/淋浴间也没有照明灯。如果你拉上浴帘,淋浴区就会完全变得黑暗。

我不明白怎么会有人说关于这家酒店的好的事情,但好吧,我们可以自由地有不同的意见。这家酒店的质量很差+服务。如果你想在这家酒店里平静和放松,你可以忘记。您可以从高速公路噪音或城市交通噪音中进行选择。很明显的一点,会有噪音。如果你像我一样幸运,而且你的房间很冷,请准备等待一个多小时有人来帮助你。我还在冻着。另一点这家酒店远离布鲁塞尔,甚至远离任何地方。

我和家人在酒店住了一个晚上,酒店离市中心很远。早餐很难吃,和酒店的设施和食物比起来价格真的很贵。需要坐出租车才能去布鲁塞尔市中心。
