I am truly sorry about the Mini Bar not in the room, we have removed all mini bars due to a consensus of the past years comments and feedback as Guest would rather utilize the space for the local products in which they have purchased from the local area. Thant is why we have a 24hr mini bar menu in the rooms as well as vending machines in the foyer. I know this does not help you now, but I am again truly sorry this was not communicated to you during your stay.
I do hope you do give us another opportunity and will visit us again when your travels next bring you to the Barossa and please don't hesitate to contact the Hotel, so that we can personally ensure you enjoy a seamless and hassle-free experience on your next stay.
