The festive Walking Street that is directly in front of the hotel on Friday nights truly is an unmissable experience for guests who are staying on Fridays at the hotel. For safety, the loft suites have a different balcony set-up than our ground floor and middle floor rooms, and the balcony furniture is lower height to help prevent the risk of guest injury as well as to ensure that there is no risk of the furniture falling over the balcony in high winds. We appreciate your understanding of this safety consideration. As you mentioned, this affects the view only when seated or lounging on the low furniture on the loft suite balconies, and if standing on the balcony, there is a full view of the sea. Regarding the breakfast, it is included in all direct bookings made directly with the hotel, whether made on our website, by phone or in person. Some of the online travel sites such as Agoda, Expedia, etc. offer their guests a special discounted Room-Only rate option that clearly state in the offer that it does not include breakfast. This should be clearly shown on the room listing prior to booking, and in your booking confirmation from those websites when you made your booking. All those websites also do offer our normal breakfast-included rates. We are sorry if this was not clear to you, and do appreciate your understanding that we cannot extend the free breakfast offer to those specially discounted room-only rates. Your stay is towards the end of the island's rainy season, and during this period, the sea water is sometimes not as clear as it is the rest of the year. Of course this is not under the control of the hotel, and the sea water will have the same issue regardless of which hotel you are staying in. We hope to welcome you back for a future stay.
