Thank you for choosing us to be part of your honeymoon trip. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the service from Matt, Hannah, Best, and Tup and the 12 days you spent with us gave you ample opportunity to discover all services at the resort. However, it is upsetting to know that some of our staff gave off a not-so-wonderful impression of our service at check-in. Rest assured, I am personally working with our staff to train them and improve their skills and service levels, so this does not happen in the future.
I appreciate the time that you took to list all the points that really made your stay, as well as the "developments" that will help us reach another level. They are all very constructive. I am at a loss though that none of our associates pointed out to you the very large Jacuzzi that is part of our See Pool, just outside of the Chantra pool-side massage pavilion.
As our guests' satisfaction is our highest mission I do hope that we will have another chance to turn your experience into a positive and memorable one in the future.
