We are happy to see that you enjoyed our facilities and that our strategic location right on Kata Beach was exactly what you were looking for but this is quite shocking for us to hear about the service you received as our team has been working together for over 10 years and we feel that our experience together and special services we provide to guests are what makes our team so special.
However, we cannot deny that you had a less than perfect experience and we must apologize for the way that some of our staff made you feel. Please understand that in Thailand, sometimes Thai people laugh when they are uncomfortable and perhaps when they didn't understand you they laughed because they didn't have the language skills to answer you properly.
Because this is always a possibility, we also have Filipino staff and some other non-Thai staff on our team who are often about and able to assist English-speaking guests with any special requests.
We apologize not being able to provide you with the most enjoyable stay, and we hope that we can have another chance in the future to welcome you back and show you our sincere friendly service that we are usually known for along with our usual quality rooms and beautiful sea views.
