从入住开始,房内舒适干净,户外阳台还可以看到夕阳,泳池边拍美您照或是在旁度过很棒的下午时光,客房服务是很棒的用餐选择,餐点不会令人失望,晚上可以在酒吧点一杯调酒听现场演唱,是很棒的体验。

今天来到希尔顿,先到欢迎大厅然后再搭接驳车到接待大堂(五分钟一班全天都有)
办完入住手续,进到房间,很不错(虽然之前看过有人说房间有点老旧,但我觉的还好噜)
不过要住这里的话,请注意:交通有点不方便距离巴东海滩那区约二十分钟车程(计程车约400~600),到机场约要一个小时又十五分钟。
设施适合有小孩的家庭一起来(只待渡假饭店内 有数个泳池 过马路就是海滩,人潮也相对巴东少很多))
HH...(17:00-18:30)行政酒廊的东西就看下照片噜,饮料种类很多,餐点种类也是热食点心水果种类不多但都有顾到。

令人愉快的入住,但期望希尔顿品牌的品质更高。员工大多友好,清洁度达到标准要求。早餐几乎每天都一样,品质较少,但是品质很好。被告知我们有1天没有空调,但没有任何解决方案或赔偿给予。总的来说,是一次不错的入住,但也不是特别好

Thank you very much for your recent stay and for sharing your experience at the Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa.

Firstly, I am pleased to know that you have had enjoyable stay with the overall experience, and the hospitality from the staff. However it would appear that regrettably, we fell short of being able to live up to your higher expectation, and we noticed that there are still some points that we need to bear in mind in order to ensure that we will be able to enhance our product offer and services provided within the resort so that we are able to strive to better meet with the constantly changing request and requirements of our discerning travelers. I do apologize once again for the inconvenience that you had in regards to the power shut off during day time of the maintenance work, however we have our own generator to supply for the necessary areas.

137philo, it has been a pleasure to have you stay with us, and thank you very much once again for your candid feedback the essence of which will enable us to monitor and improve our service standards. We would like to have another opportunity to re-build your confidence and therefore provide to you the Hilton standard of service that you have come to expect of Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa.
