交通部分较为不便,入住出入一定要预先包车较为妥当!饭店的餐饮相当有水准,美味且以饭价格来说相当实惠。饭店的两个泳池以及海滩卫星酒吧都值得到访!也适合亲子同游的饭店。官网的三日套装价格非常物超所值!

酒店服务非常好,我们全家六口人一起出游,爸妈特别满意酒店的泳池,像在大海里游一样。早餐丰富,种类多样,但如果可以有豆腐脑就更好了。唯一的遗憾是,我们其中的一间房间噪音挥之不去,解决这个问题花费了一个小时,最终换了房间。

这次安排住了三晚,Marriott钛金会员入住,购买官网的package,含每日早餐(clay craft餐厅buffet)、单趟机场接送、一次两人份double ikat餐厅的晚餐(3courses)、两人60分钟spa、两杯cocktail以及沙滩酒吧35美金餐饮额度,含税及服务费之后一晚4500台币,CP值蛮高的。升等executive suite,房间79平方米,很大。主泳池非常漂亮、海景view非常好、用餐价格也很合理。

这次带了一个六个月大的小孩。Kids club四岁以上可以直接丢包,四岁以下要请保姆,一小时150000Rp(蛮贵的!!Ritz的三倍!!),可挂房帐。Kids club环境很好也很宽敞,是一个树屋的设计概念,但因为有楼梯,不知道对小小孩安不安全。白天也有满满的活动,小孩应该不会无聊。

接着来说说我们这次不好的经验。抵达时傍晚五点左右,只有三个check in柜台,大厅没什么坐的地方,等check in等了非常久,也没有人招呼,会员专属柜台一样排满了会员。等待不是不行,但大厅缺乏座位实在很不贴心。等到办完check in,说是帮我们换了view更好的房间,结果带到房间一看,原本要求的婴儿床及澡盆都没有,而且玄关的欢迎卡片是给别人的。告知婴儿备品五分钟会送来,结果等了一个多小时,早已到了要帮小孩洗澡哄睡的时间,备品一样没看到。浴室的窗帘是坏掉的,我们也没办法先洗澡,想打电话去前台,电话也是坏掉。app的客服也回应非常慢,只好自己跑一趟前台,说会派工程师来修,回房后不久工程师来了,修窗帘换电话又花了半个小时,而且窗帘也没修好,只是把它放下来,没办法拉起来。此时已晚上八点多,婴儿床及澡盆依然没来....要求换房间得到的答案是满房。只好带着早该睡的小孩去餐厅用餐。因为在app里表达强烈不满,于是经理来餐厅致意,告知回房时浴缸和婴儿床会准备好,但他们没有婴儿沐浴乳等备品(原音重现:我们不是像Ritz这么高级的饭店,所以我们没有~sorry)。这时我已经快气炸了,因为早已事先email沟通要求婴儿备品,对方也答应会准备了,所以我们自己没有带。拿出之前的email给经理看,经理才说他会请人出去买...用完餐,回房才看到浴缸和床及备品,但没有小矮凳,只能蹲著帮小孩洗澡(试着要了,但最后果然还是没有)。莫名的欢迎小卡三天来也没有收走过。

整体来说,我觉得这家饭店的服务还是很不到位,特别是housekeeping的部分。换了房间,客人特殊要求的备品就算不能即时,也要尽快送来才对。此外有预先告知庆祝结婚周年,不但房间没有任何布置准备、没有迎宾礼、连小卡都是错的。

房间的设计也让人觉得奇妙,79平方米,的确是一般饭店套房的大小了,但它严格来说不算套房,没有明确的起居空间,浴室也没有干溼分离,就是空间很大而已。许多房内设计令人觉得莫名,例如行李架,行李放进去就打不开了,最后还是只能把行李全摊在地上...洗手台的设计,刷牙洗脸一定会溅溼衣服...没有一个总开关可以开关全部的灯,睡前要一个一个灯去关。冷气非常冷,调到最高温还是冷的不得了,打电话去前台,给的建议居然是叫我们打开一点窗户让室外的暖空气进来...

住过亚洲十几间万豪集团饭店,这间的服务让人最不满意。也许我们运气不好遇到特例,但我认为整体还是有很大的改善空间。对我来说,最大的优点就是package的CP值还不错,不过应该不会想再来了 。

我们选的是行政房间,很新很大、整洁。员工很友善,食物也很好,如食物选择再多些会更好。
我们基本上不用外出也可以留在酒店内一直天,我们都舍不得离开酒店。
另外因为酒店在山上,在池边看着日落十分漂亮。
下次再到峇里一定会再次入住!
