这个酒店的顾客服务是我见过的最糟糕的。原本这里出现了预定的错误，我们已经通过Expedia公司联系他们，在我试着给他们发了4次消息并且没有得到回复之后，酒店最后终于和Expedia公司取得了联系。他们一点也不关心自己的顾客。当我们到这的时候，酒店并没有遵守他们的协议，现在我在蜜月期还要跟酒店理论。为了自己的利益，不要来这里了。

房间很漂亮——我们住在一栋有两间卧室还带私人泳池的别墅里面。华丽的花园景色，一流的餐厅和客房服务。这里的早餐很丰盛，包括鸡蛋、培根、香肠、热面包卷还有新鲜的水果和咖啡。从主干道开车到这家酒店至少需要5分钟，可以乘坐出租车到这里。这家酒店非常安静，没有交通噪音，很适合在这里放松身心。

我最近住在艾斯豪华别墅酒店度假，我强烈推荐这里。员工很友好，有礼貌而且乐于帮助。他们为我们特别准备饭菜，因为我们是麸质过敏体质，而且为了满足我们需要调整菜单中的菜。酒店位置特别棒，理想的海边休闲的度假之处。酒店水疗很小但却非常漂亮。总的来说，这是一个非常漂亮的经理，我一定会再回来的！

非常安静的地方，很适合度蜜月。员工友好，这里的肋眼牛排非常美味。清洁人员非常安静，虽然他们的英语不好，但总是面带微笑。Wifi很好用，还有正宗的巴厘岛按摩。
