拿到了一份住宿券 当下确认相同房型 订房的时间也有房间 跟饭店联系回复说他们的电脑当机 没有办法查 说要我隔天再跟他们联络 我就先把资料发给饭店 隔天竟然跟我说没有房间 隔天发email告知要加价升等 一样不回复 拨电话去只跟我说我的住宿券不能使用 饭店毫无诚意解决问题更多

酒店堪称完美，餐厅非常好，有很多亚洲客人，大部分带着小孩。房间和床铺普通。整个酒店是90年代的风格，但陆续有翻新。海浪很美，但他们不允许在那游泳。

Thank you for choosing to spend your holidays with us and for taking the time to post a review of your experience.
We are delighted to read that you had a good experience and that the restaurants, facilities and accommodation was to your satisfaction with the exception of being able to swim in the sea. While the sea may look calm at times, it is quite deceiving with the riptide which will pull swimmers out to sea. This happens mostly during the monsoon months, hence the red flags.
We do hope that we will have another opportunity to be of service once again in the not so distant future and look forward to welcoming you back.

房间又干净又漂亮。酒店的服务人员非常好。酒店里还拥有宽阔的沙滩区域，干净、美观的大型游泳池。前台登记和退房都很快。酒店还提供泰式服务。

酒店是一家泰国酒店连锁集团，占据了拉古娜海滩最大一片面积的海滩，个人很喜欢其透露出的浓浓的泰式风情，相比起旁边的悦榕庄，更有特色。

我去过那里，那里对家庭来说太棒了。我只能说，不要犹豫，去那里。那里对夫妻和家人来说都是那么的安静和美好。员工都是如此的友善。我建议想去那里的人，这里是全包房，比带早餐的房间好。这里能带来绝对令人惊叹的体验，是一个用于放松度假的好地方。这里是终极度假胜地。服务打六星。食物棒极了！设施齐全。绝对物有所值。不会令你失望的。最佳体验！再说一遍。地理位置优越，员工很好，食物很干净。再次重复。我推荐这家酒店为那些寻找安静地方的情侣们，而且不是很贵，物有所值。
