我们住得很好！

我不相信会有人抱怨度假村无法控制的事情，比如天气和蚊子!!住在TRS Yucatan的前一年，我有很高的期望，有些期望已经实现了。这个地方是新建的，很大，所以你可以四处走动，但无论你在度假村的什么地方，都可以搭上便车。主游泳池很干净，水温刚刚好，他们有很多的活动，比如排球，泡沫派对，水中有氧运动等，我们每天都打排球，罗杰确实让我们很开心!办理入住速度很快，因为是生日旅行，所以没有免费升级的机会(不过他们在房间里放了香槟)。我们在TUI订了一间标准的小套房，不确定里面是否有暗色的桃花心木装饰(他们本可以做得更好的)，但是房间很宽敞，空调很好，还有带漩涡浴缸的豪华浴室。迷你冰箱没有重新放东西，这对我们来说无所谓。房间每天都打扫，我们给客房服务员留小费。所有的员工工作都非常努力，所以给他们好评。我们给每个人都付了小费，从行李员到司机再到餐厅员工!维克多(我们最喜欢的员工)开车带我们在度假村转了很多次，他让我们开心，他是度假村很有价值的人，希望管理层能看到这一点!感谢迭戈在主泳池为我们提供了好喝的含羞草酒，龙舌兰酒和鸡尾酒。我们第二喜欢的员工是来自La Isla Blanca的Angel，我们道别的时候差点哭了!他照顾我们，逗我们笑，有这么棒的人在度假村工作真是太好了!我们很失望地发现CHIC并没有包括在你的住宿中(除非每人支付100美元。我住在TRS时看表演是免费的，这里也是一样，除非你是TRS的客人，不然你必须付费…)然而，我强烈推荐看这个表演，因为它配有5道菜的晚餐，而且表演很好看!)看了表演之后，没觉得有什么不好的，但我真的希望我妹妹和她老公也去看，我们决定把钱花在Isla Mujeres上。真不明白为什么会有人抱怨食物，你有这么多好吃的选择，每样东西都超级好吃!运动酒吧里的布法罗鸡翅和咖啡店里的丝绒蛋糕真是太好吃了!总体来说，满分10分的话我打9分，还会再来的!

Grand Palladium II

这里的食物很美味，大泳池的酒保Louis, Douglas, Francisco, Jorge都很好。酒店的员工很优秀。我讨厌弯弯绕绕的桥，因为要走太多路了。房间非常潮湿，没有吊扇。整个房间都很潮湿，包括床单在内。没什么东西是干燥的。今晚发现，今晚我发现了El Dorado餐厅，如果有6个或更多的人一起就餐的话可以选择这家餐厅，它是家庭风格的服务。我要求订两张四人桌的桌子，但没有被接受。直到今晚，我们才知道这家家庭风格的餐厅。这里有很多很多的蚊子。浴室带喷淋。这是我们住过的第三家Grand Palladium酒店，鉴于过去良好的体验我们这次还带了6个人一起来住，但这家酒店跟其他Grand Palladium酒店完全不一样。我们不会再入住这里了。

After reviewing all your observations with our team, we truly regret that your stay was marred by presence of humidity in your suite and the service received in El Dorado restaurant, which was under your expectations. We offer you a sincere apology, rest assure we work on a daily basis to enhance our services and control the humidity in the suites, which is part the humidity of the Caribbean.

Moreover, we take this opportunity to inform you that our fumigations programs have been reinforced during this raining season in order to mitigate the mosquito’s presence in the resort.

We offer you our sincere apologies for not fulfilling your expectations on this trip, and cordially remind you that, our doors will always be open, if your travel plans point again to Costa Mujeres and decide to give us another opportunity.

一次美妙无比的度假之旅
