我们只入住了一晚，但是为家庭准备的房间不错，员工很热情且乐于助人，早餐也很棒，就像“随时取用”设施一样，所有都像我所期望的那样，不过也许可以更好一点。我们四个人晚上在隔壁Bumble Bee PH用餐，吃了一顿美好的晚餐，那里的员工也很友好并乐于助人。所以我毫不犹豫的推荐这家酒店，因为其地理位置，服务，设施设备是顶尖的，下次来Cotswolds地区的时候我也肯定会再次入住，就我的体验来说，这家酒店的性价比是很高的。特别指出并为所有友好并乐于助人的前台员工鼓掌，不像有些大酒店的前台一样。

I am sorry to hear that you had trouble with the hotels temperature, we do try our best to adapt the public areas temperature to every guests preference which can sometimes be hard, please remember though if you mention to the staff we can adjust it for you. Unfortunately we are yet to have air-conditioning fitted in each room and therefore have supplied fans but we also have a few other tricks up our sleeves so please mention to a member of staff if uncomfortable and we will do our upmost to try to help you.
