Regarding to your concerns, your reservation was originally 2 adults from the beginning. On the second day, there was 1 more adult arised at night time for 1 night only. As hotel's regulations, maximum 2 adults are included in one room. Extra person is chargable exactly in this situation. For the invoice, due to the registered time was at night time, we were running night system, so the billing information is showing the next date.
It must be misunderstood from both sides leading to not clearing about information. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us.
