We are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with our service. It's great to hear that you appreciated the facilities, location, and dining options.
However, it's completely unacceptable that you were charged for empty bottles. We sincerely apologize for this oversight. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will investigate this matter to ensure it doesn't happen again in the future. We could not help but wonder maybe the previous people in that room drank the beer and put the cap back on and then put the bottles back inside the minibar but unnoticed by our staff until your stay.
We also regret any discomfort you may have felt due to the lack of an apology. This does not align with our standards of service, and we will address this matter internally to ensure our guests are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.
